I am beyond disappointed in the quality of the pieces I have received. I was thrilled to have an initial necklace that I could wear without tarnishing. I bought my necklace on July 19, 2026, and it tarnished within TWO weeks. I was upset and went to repurchase it; I upgraded to the sterling silver and with the small diamond. I purchased that on August 23, 2026. I was hopeful that I would have a better outcome. But NO, it has tarnished just the same. I have not been showering in it; I have taken it off to sleep and have done everything to know to do. Needless to say, not a good company to spend money on.

Unfortunately I advise people not to use this site. I have had a terrible experience with them due to late delivery, customs charge of £46.08 after spending £204.00 with them. And now getting ignored after them stating originally at the beginning of this they would pay the customs charge. I am now on holiday for 3 weeks with my family and don’t have anyone to collect it so it will probably go back. I have explained all this and now like I said before getting ignored.

No Welcome discount received on ordering
I just ordered and haven't received the necklace yet, so this is only about the order experience. I am very disappointed in the "first time buyer discount" you offered. I put the info in to receive the code, received the Welcome code and put it into the correct spot. A message popped up saying I would receive the 15% discount at checkout. Sizing not as advertised!
I ordered The One Carat Moissanite Necklace back in July.
The website says the pendant is 18.29mm x 12.7mm.
Once recieved, the actual measurement of the pendant is more like 17mm x 10mm.
I bought this piece specifically because it was larger than other ones available online.
I contacted customer services and they accepted that the measurements were not correct. They said they would amend the website and offered me a full refund.
The refund option was appreciated but there was no other compensation on offer despite acceptance that it was not as described. Having checked today, the website still reads exactly the same, so they haven't even changed it as they said they would.
I had opted to keep the item due to the hassle of returning (the return isn't to the UK) and it wasn't confirmed if I would recieve postage costs back.
Just be aware that the items may not be as advertised if you're bothered about sizing.

Amazing customer service
I ordered my mum and necklace with initial discs on the chain for Christmas last year. Unfortunately the chain broke recent at our own fault but as it was still under warranty the team organise a free replacement chain to be shipped out to us asap with no extra charge for even shipping. They response was so prompt and i even had lost our original email with the order number but they were able to find all my details from what I had supplied. Honestly cannot fault the customer service at all!

Two-Year Warranty not True
So, I am ordering my 2nd necklace of the same make. Even though there is a 2-year warranty, they don't replace it if lost or stolen. Here's the catch...the necklace falls off so easily. It tricks you into thinking it' connected somewhere o nth chain, but it really isn't...I have found it in my shirt twice before I lost it. I am so bummed it states a 2-year warranty yet that is not true.

All products tarnished
I have made multiple purchases from this company and the quality of the materials used on gold and rose gold products is poor. I have purchased 2 bracelets and one necklace all of which I have worn less than 5 times and store either in a jewelry box or the box the product came in and all have tarnished terribly. It is very frustrating to spend almost $200 per piece and go to put it on and find it has tarnished to this degree.

This is my 2nd order from Oak&Luna
This is my 2nd order from Oak&Luna. The first I ordered back in 2020 and it was my son's name. I only ordered the gold plated version and having worn it consistently every single day 95% of the time it inevitably wore down to silver and bent a little etc (I lift weights). It was very, very loved and cherished hence the heavy wear. I wanted to order the exact same again but in the 10k yellow gold to enable me to wear daily but in the hope it lasts longer. However, the font has changed ever so slightly so the name then didn't read quite as well. I spoke to customer services a few times for advice and they were very helpful. I'm not mad the font changed as I understand I ordered my original some time back but it then took longer to decide what I wanted instead. I'll be honest, I looked at other companies but every time I have returned to Oak & Luna as the styles and offering is much less generic and I haven't ever seen anyone else with one, whereas other companies I have seen loads. And that was appealing. I ordered an alternative font, and I am beyond happy and dare I say that I almost prefer it to the original :) they were/are both absolutely stunning and I cannot recommend Oak&Luna enough. Great service, great product and I hope this upgrade in material really does stand the test of time. Thank you!
