Good selection and speedy delivery
Very niche board games that are difficult to get else where, and fast delivery.

One of the best (if not the best)…
One of the best (if not the best) company where to buy board games and more! I couldn't ask more! Custom support extremely kind and open to answer enquiries in a fast and concise manner. Absolutely recommended!

A nice experience
I was waiting for a game that encountered a lot of delay. Kindly, I was proposed to change for another one with a similar price. The envoy was very quick and tracked.

Great selection, quick shipping, and thoughtful gift-wrapping service. Definitely not my last purchase from Oaken Vault!

Excellent service
Excellent service, only let down by there being minimum character lengths on the feedback form forcing me to write something instead of just leaving the star rating

Great selection of interesting games, many of which I haven't seen anywhere else.
My order was packed securely and with care, so no smashed corners, rips or tears anywhere.
Top notch store 👌

Shipping box ruined surprise
The price, the shipping times, the clarity were all great but the packaging gave away the surprise - a 'gift wrap' or neutral packaging option would have been stellar.

Reply from Oaken Vault
Hello William
Thank you for your generous order and your valuable feedback.
We're sorry to hear that the packaging revealed the surprise of your order. This particular product has custom packaging from the factory to ensure full protection during shipping, but we could have added a neutral box to cover it if we knew it was for a gift.
We do offer our customers the chance to customize their gifts by choosing from our selection of wrapping papers and gift tags on our “Gift Wrapping” page. You can also choose to utilize the "order note" field during the checkout process or contact us directly if you have specific requirements. We are willing to go to great lengths to ensure a good gift experience including but not limited to making the package very inconspicuous :)
We are currently updating our website with some new looks and it will be a priority to make the gift-wrapping options easier to notice.
We hope we get the chance to serve you again sometime, hopefully for another gift so we can give you the full Oaken Vault experience that you missed out on this time. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Great gift by the way!
Best regards

Really glad that I've found them
So far I've only bought there once, but it was a rather large order and all went by the book (with a little bonus on top).
What caught me, was the competitive price on a number of items for which I've been on the lookout for some time now (a rare treat, seeing someone beat the familiar well established competition).
The order went through without any issues and was dispatched almost immediately. No need for contact. The items were as described and very well packaged (someone has clearly given this task a thought).
I will definitely check them out next time.
