Broken strap out the box

I ordered my watch and found that the strap was broken when i recieved it. Apart from that the quality of the watch is great. The watch has weight to it, its not a cheap feeling watch. I contacted the company to let them know that there was a pin missing in one of the links. The company immediately apologised and are sending out a brand new watch to replace the one that has a broken strap. I have to say the customer service on this instance has been great. Thanks very much, I appreciate the gesture.

Oak juri has pretty pieces

Oak juri has pretty pieces, the boxes come with true branding and the customer support survice is available on whats app and via email. I had my pieces stolen and their team has been helpful in resolving the issue. I have purchased from them 3 seperate time now. I always get compliments on my pieces.

best jewlery on the market

Oakjuri has amazing quality jewlery thats tarnish free and comes in super high quality packaging. i have ordered from there 3 times and they even added a complamentary wallet to my order. 100% reccomend!

Products are basically plastic and…

Products are basically plastic and cheap metals. Kinked necklaces, earrings bent, poor craftsmanship. They are making replicas yes, but using the real brands names on their products, Cartier, VC....I asked for a refund for the poor quality items and they said I could bend the earrings back into shape and sent a video to show me how. WHAT? They offered a cheap pair of sunglasses and a $10 coupon...nope. Disputing these terrible products that were sold.
