Completed first aid training today. Incredibly professional and friendly throughout. Main focus on infants as I have a 6 month old baby. High key recommend! Thank you for dedicating your time to us on short notice.

Completed my 18th edition training today. Very concerned as I hadn’t looked in a regs book for almost 20 years. However they provided a really good instructor who taught us lots of great information. The office staff we wonderful and really help pre exam nerves. All in all a very COVID safe and pleasant place to learn. Highly recommend.

Sending me the wrong lenses and than I have to pay for return costs? Shame on you

Just completed my 2 day first aid at work refresher. Was really enjoyable, felt totally part of the Oakley family. I feel confident to face what accidents may be thrown at me in the future! Thank you for making it fun and informative Doug and Sue.

what nice people really put me at ease. if like me you are a bag of nerves pre exam they will give you a really nice prep talk and put your mind to rest pre exam

18th Edition Course

One of my employees took the exam a few weeks back, however he suffered an anxiety attack whilst in the exam, Doug and his team dealt with this very professionally and made my employee feel at ease, thank you.

I completed my 18th edition wiring regulations course today. Doug and Sue and their team are supplying an invaluable, and possibly unique, service in this area. I was able to book at very short notice and Andy did a great job of getting us all back into the Reg's so everyone passed the exam. Really great team, Great service and even lunch, tea, coffee and chocolate biscuits to top it all of. Thank you all.

I would highly recommend Oakley Services to anyone. I recently completed an Emergency First Aid at Work course with Doug and I can honestly say it was a great session! Doug's delivery of content was engaging and very informative whilst keeping it fun and enjoyable.

I recently attended an 'Emergency 1st Aid at Work' course (1 day) with Oakley Services. We covered a broad range of topics which have given me the confidence to believe I can help someone in the future, should I be called upon. Doug's delivery of the course content was fun and engaging, very interactive and never dull. Lots of discussion and practical work, which has helped me retain the information provided. I would definitely recommend Oakley as a training provider - I found they were head and shoulders above other providers I have experienced.

Doug was excellent, very knowledgable, friendly and funny. Genuinely cares about the subject he is teaching and making sure everybody understands each topic fully before moving on.

I have no hesitation in recommending Oakley Services. I recently attended a Paediatric First Aid course and passed the course knowing I am capable of handling any First Aid scenario with confidence and competence. Prior to this course I had attended a First Aid course where I came away with even less confidence than before and doubted my ability. Hence I dreaded attending this course but Doug and Sue have natural people skills and through being relaxed I learnt a lot and came away knowing I CAN do First Aid. Thank you for enabling me to learn and achieve, it means a lot.
