Oak ridge case not waterproof
I bought a case for a S20 to case my autistic sons device as he uses it around our pool.
The case is not waterproof, splashpoof at best.
Contacted company and was told that the company “Takes itself seriously “
Cooper got the case wet, water ingressed the case the phone initially wouldn’t respond to screen prompts, so I decharged it and let it dry out for 2 mths and it now works , which is a small miracle in itself.
Just saying though, the case isn’t close to waterproof and company will only gaslight you and tell you the case is premium.
I’ve kept the case in case they wish to test it and refund me, I wonder what the response would be to a bricked phone due to case failure……
