Love the designs of this brand-I ordered the moss green scarf with red trim. However I’m slightly skeptical as to whether my scarf is genuine cashmere-my skin hates wool but I can get away with cashmere and this is slightly itchy

I had purchased a scarf in a boutique and loved it so I looked up the website. I ordered two more shawls, in different colors. They arrived very quickly, I receive multiple status updates to inform me when it would arrive. Prompt delivery! They also came individually wrapped in lovely little muslin bags, which are great for storage and spotting them quickly in the cupboard. I am thrilled with the two pieces, deliciously soft and cozy, you can tell they’re nice quality too. Thank you!

Just wonderful scarves!

Incredibly kind and very quick help from Shiyi, when I had a problem with my order;
I can’t recommend Oats and Rice and their superlative quality scarves more highly.

Delivery was fast however the wrist warmer gloves are very tight and not worth £75. The model must be the size of a child.

Absolutely love the scarfs and am keen for more colours to come back in stock. They are really adaptable to different weather / climates, and can be dressed up or down. Such beautiful quality to the products themselves.

Beautiful scarf delivered rapidly

I bought a beautiful triangular scarf with ruffles a few years ago and I absolutely love it. The quality and warmth and sheer stylishness it adds to my outfit.
Therefore I wanted to buy the same for two of my friends. I was so disappointed to see the same scarf is no longer available on the website. I hope you bring it back with more colour options!!
Anyway I bought a long scarf with ruffles for my friends. Beautiful but not quite as lovely as mine .
Please offer more colours and perhaps even a broader range.
Your products are wonderful and make superb elegant gifts .

These cashmere products are the best that I've found! I love the softness and the breadth of patterns available. Cashmere is usually so stately it can be stuffy, but Oats and Rice make cool patterns and textures and
color shades!

Lovely items and speedy delivery

Their scarves are so beautiful and timeless. I have four of them!

I ordered for a product to be sent to Europe. I got a custom payment request from the delivery company which added a significant amount to the cost overall.

1 I didn’t know this would be added. It would be helpful to have a warning up front and for the customer to then decide if they want to proceed.

2 the request looked very much like a spam / fake email so initially I didn’t pay.
It was quite confusing

3 the payment was made separately. Can it be added to the overall payment?

Otherwise the product was great and delivery very quick
