Classy looking watches …

I have purchased 4 watches are very happy with quality and price. I have dealt with Jenny when I had any issues and she was excellent in responding to my issues. From my own experiences I highly recommend purchasing watches from Obsyss and dealing with Jenny.

I ordered a watch that looked great on…

I ordered a watch that looked great on their page, unfortunately when it arrived the packaging was poor, the watch looked new, but the box was battered and looked 2nd/3rd hand, no operating instructions and when I wanted to return it, I had to write to their customer service, TO DATE NO RESPONSE? I would urge anyone to, DO NOT USE!! very disappointing

Extremely Disappointed – Denied Refund Over a Single Day

I ordered a watch from Obsyss (Order #93960), and unfortunately, the product did not meet expectations. It felt lightweight, low quality, and not worth the price. I didn’t wear it, and I didn’t even remove the packaging.

I reached out to return it—one day past their 30-day return window—and they flat-out denied the return. I explained that everything was still untouched and offered honest feedback, hoping they’d show a little flexibility and care about customer satisfaction. Instead, I received a robotic response citing "policy" and no willingness to make it right.

So here's the deal: if you buy from them, don’t expect any grace, empathy, or real customer service. They got my money, they got my feedback—and they left me with a watch I don’t want and can’t return. I will not be ordering from Obsyss again.

Regarding the return, our 30-day policy is something we put in place to keep things fair and transparent for everyone. That said, we actually start counting from the day you receive the item, not the purchase date—just to give customers a bit more flexibility.

We totally get that you reached out just a day past the window, and we genuinely wish we could’ve helped more. We’re a small team trying to grow, and while we do try to be understanding wherever we can, we also need to follow our policy to keep things consistent for everyone.

Tiffany was fantastic

Tiffany was fantastic, she helped out switching the delivery to the correct address after a miss type on original order. she was quick to respond to the issue and communicated the whole time so there was never any part of the transaction where I was worried or unaware of what was happening!

Tiffany, was great, she asked for a video and proof of a clasp that didn’t work right. I sent it. And now they sending me a Replacement. Awesome. Well pleased coz the watch in question is why I ended up buying 3 watches in first place. Great stuff. Well pleased.

Never recieved my watch

Never recieved my watch, quality of the watches i have seen in person are wanting, as my dad bought a watch.

would not recomend to anyone

And since i am not allowed to write a 100% truthful review with links to prove it, I can only say that the quality of the watches should be increased to match the price, or that atleast they should change their suppliers.

I don't normally leave reviews but felt I needed to here. I had an issue with my watch strap, so I emailed customer services. Jenny emailed back, she was absolutely fantastic, new replacement watch is now on the way, absolutely first class service.
