A friend has been scammed today by ocean credit card today 11/04/2026. She had £281.00 unused money. She used £8.00 and was left with £273.00. She paid £94.00 this April 2026 to add to it amounting to £367. 00. Just checking her application, she is billed to pay 106 in May 2026, and her remaining money to use is £231.00. Where is the £136.00 gone to?
07/04/2026 Good morning Capital one/ocean credit card and hope all is well.
I will leave April one? and dwell on May because, today 7th May was what I was waiting for. £231. 00 - £21 purchase =210 balance.
So £210.00 + May 4th 2026 direct debit £106.49.
The balance should have been £300.00 plus BUT as at this morning 7th May, 2026, the balance left is £244. 38.
Please, do you think is fair or somebody somewhere is stealing. This is not application error.
I hope you will use your offices to address this issue, because, the post office credit card is straight forward and fair.
