Is your company aware that you are…

Is your company aware that you are working with a scamming company that rips innocent people off for $89.99? They advertise a Jet-body board. All I have is the email for them and for all I know the email is a false one

Sorry to hear you have had issues. Unfortunately for me my company shares a very similar name as the company you are talking about. I am oceanpay.co.uk and I believe the company you are talking about is oceanpay.com. If you look in to oceanpay.co.uk you will see that I provide local businesses in the UK with till systems and card machines. I am a small business and would really appreciate it if you would look into my company and change the review.

I made a payment to a company called…

I made a payment to a company called Atlantic through spotify. This junk cost me $45. They sent me a piece of crap toy that did not worked as promised. I continually received emails from them that they would refund 10% of my money and I could give it to a family member. I kept telling them "you don't get it, it doesn't work". How many times I wrote them asking for return information and they would never answer. The I paid them threw this company . At least through Amazon I usually get a refund even if I have to make a claim. This company is not secure in the fact it is not a solution when you get faulty merchandise. Like Amazon, they need to suspend these rip off companies of their service.

I am a small uk based business that supplies local businesses with epos tills & card payment gateways. You are not the only person who has mistaken oceanpay.co.uk with oceanpay.com. These reviews could potentially really damage my business and I would appreciate if you could give me more information on how you was directed to my company please. Is oceanpay aware that they are working with a scamming company called lulusday?? Third party or not, I wouldn't want to work with a company that steals money and misleads people about what they are purchasing! Oceanpay accepted money from me for a scam company👎👎👎

The personal touch

Card machine companies are too often faceless organisations that do not go the extra distance to give the best service and work-ability to the customer. This is not the case with Ocean Pay. Friendly, personal and adaptable. A company that is happy to listen to the needs of a company, and come up with the best solution to fit their requirements.
