I have dealt with Ocean World for years. Always a friendly helpful voice on the phone.
Today Carrie was on the ball and booked me a cabin the moment Fred's phone lines opened as this cruise was just launched today.
Great service, discount, bottle of bubbly... what's not to love. Would give Michelle & staff at least 7 stars if allowed!!
