Punctual appointment, very knowledgeable person talking me through the process.

It was Rijan. He was so helpful, kind and really patient. In the beginning it was for me to make my ‘Will’ then it ended up being David my husband too. Rijan really took the time to listen and made it all simple and easy. I was so impressed with his really good customer service skills. I would be so happy to recommend your business. So efficient and smooth.

Painfully slow. After our conversation with Lewis and the follow-up email (we had to chase for this) he said the Will would be released. Weeks later, and chasing regularly with no response, we are still waiting for the Will. Today promised it will be sent. Not sent because they needed extra id. The issue I have is that my mother paid for a service, I would have expected proactive emails letting us know what was required.

Tim explained everything comprehensively, helpfully answered all my questions and generally went above and beyond to clarify the process and - dare I say it – made it an interesting and enjoyable experience.

The Octopus Legacy representative who came to us and helped us with our decisions for the future, plus our LPA's was extremely knowledgeable and helped us understand what we could and shouldn't do. The young lady was very easy to understand and made a difficult job so much better for us. We would strongly recommend this company for anyone who has difficulty understanding drawing up an up to date Will, an LPA etc, as it is a relief this is all now done!
