Odd Muse Hen Dress
I bought a dress for my hen from Odd Muse and loved it so much I wore it to my day 2 as well! Great quality and shape and came quickly. Import taxes are expenses, but it’s all included in the delivery on the site, so you know exactly what you’re spending before you hit complete! Would recommend

Disappointing and misleading customer experience
was repeatedly addressed under the wrong name (“Lashes”), which was clearly taken from my email address, even after I personally introduced myself by my real name. I corrected your team once and received an apology — yet in the very next communication regarding another issue, I was addressed as “Lashes” again. This shows a careless and overly automated approach to customer communication.
When I asked why the first-order discount code did not apply, I was told that it does not work on all items. In every other reputable online store I have purchased from, first-order codes apply to all products, so this felt misleading and poorly communicated.
In addition, “shipping insurance” was charged separately — something that established brands normally include as standard.
What further reduced my trust is that it is unclear what would happen if an order was placed without purchasing this “insurance”. The brand’s website states that returns are not allowed, while customer support confirmed by email that returns are possible — which is contradictory and concerning.
Overall, the checkout and communication experience felt misleading rather than premium.
Because of this, I will not be placing any orders and cannot recommend this brand.

Shipping insurance is offered as an optional add-on at checkout to provide extra protection in transit. Orders can still be placed without selecting this option, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t made sufficiently clear.
On returns, we apologise for the confusion. Our policy does allow returns in line with the terms outlined on our website.
We’re truly sorry that the overall experience didn’t meet your expectations or reflect the premium service we aim to provide. Your feedback is taken seriously and will be used to improve both our communication and checkout experience.
Staple wardrobe items
Brought the popular odd muse t shirt and petite trouser. Really impressed the trousers were double lined and non see through which is rare. I would say the fit runs small and it’s super pricey for a polyester item. However it looks like it will last long term. The petite trouser is necessarily petite as in 5ft and it was still long.

One button to fit all the dress…
I realized the dress only has one button, so it doesn't fit me well in the bust. The design needs to be tailored for a Latina woman with a larger bust, as the dress gapes open and doesn't provide any support or shaping. Also, the size is larger than other styles from the same brand that I tried on. It was a huge disappointment, so I think I'll have to consider returning it. 😢 Unfortunately, the taxes are 50% of the dress's value.

I’ve always admired Oddmuse dresses…
I’ve always admired Oddmuse dresses they’re just too chic to pass up. I finally treated myself to this one and the quality is unreal. The fit is so flattering (yes, even hides a little mom pooch 🙌). I’m completely obsessed Aimee and her brand are everything. Shipping was insanely fast too; I ordered it for an event that same weekend and it was already at my door in two days. Worth every penny.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Odd Muse! Every order I’ve placed has been consistently impressive from start to finish. The quality of the pieces is beautiful, and you can really tell how much care goes into the packaging because it’s truly a joy to open a package from them.
In terms of sizing, I’ve found their pants and tops to fit true to size, while I prefer to size up in their dresses for the best fit. Shipping has always been smooth and quick, which makes the whole experience even better.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this brand. Odd Muse has become a regular part of my wardrobe, and I plan to continue ordering from them constantly. Highly recommend!

I went to the Mercer street location and the girls were very helpful and made sure I had the right fit because I originally thought the dress was too tight and she assured me this is how it's supposed to fit to keep the structure and she was so right! She sipped me up and it was absolutely perfect I loved it all so I ended up buying 4 items. So classy and perfect for a capsule wardrobe.
