I am absolutely in love with my new dress! I’ve Bought online at odd Muse before, but this time I went to the flagship store in New York and it was amazing.
The staff was really helpfull and the service was really good. Ended up with the best holiday season dress I could wish for!

I placed a order for a dress
I placed a order for a dress. Received the dress 1 month later. The sizing was very off but the quality of the dress was good. The service was not the greatest as they take forever to answer back to emails. Sizing you meed to size down they run too big. Shipping tool a month to come tot he US but quality is good!

Could not have asked for a better service. Although you have to pay for postage and returns, the quality of the clothes are beautiful. Great customer support
I ordered the split sleeve mini dress in black last week and I wore it this Saturday, unfortunately the zip completely fell apart during the night. The dress did fit perfectly and was in no way too small. I was so disappointed as I felt incredibly confident in this dress.
However, I contacted customer support on Monday morning (1st dec) and it was resolved on the same day with a replacement on its way to my home address! Tracking was provided to me today.
I was so so impressed with the support from Olivia and the wider team, I’m extremely grateful ☺️ Thank you!!

Good quality clothing
The clothing is really good quality and it offers something other companies don’t in regard to style and quality. Products were packaged well.
Returns are not free and the cost threshold for free delivery is quite high (£150).

Ordered a dress for my daughter for Christmas to be told because I bought it on Black Friday the window for returns cannot be extended beyond 14 days . I understand completely that a refund would not be considered but I think not to even offer an exchange is unreasonable … the shame of it is that the dress would have probably fitted and been fine , but on principle ( and the fact it cost over £100) I am returning it and will look elsewhere . I will not be ordering again. DISAPPOINTING !

Terrible customer service and size very wrong
I ordered a white dress in XS but when the dress arrived was smaller than an XXS should be. Even though the initial mistake was from the store, they blamed me for a staint on the dress that I could never have done myself as the dress was impossible to close. Also it was kept in their warehouse for several weeks or initial assessment.
I found absurd that after sending a faulty dress they refused to refund, issue a voucher or send the correct size (which was my request). Terrible customer service.

Stains on dress for Graduation
Lovely experience in store
The dress I tried on in store was stained, asked if they had new ones in packaging and if it could be checked before purchase. The lady in the store checked the dress and demeaned it suitable for sale.
However when I’ve taken the dress home from London after I had travelled to purchase said dress. I took dress out of packaging that it came in and notice several stains on the dress it was for a graduation the next day only option was for it to be dry cleaned. When emailing customer service they offered a a £30 refund for dry cleaning fees however I felt this is not acceptable for a £135 dress. I would recommend throughly checking the dress yourself before leaving the store. I love the dress however it won’t be somewhere I’ll be returning to in future. Very dissatisfied

Sizing all wrong
Sizing all wrong. Waited weeks for the dress I wanted to come back in stock. Measures myself exactly to the measurements described on the garment however they are so far out it’s ridiculous. The dress is now out of stock. Really disappointing and pointless putting measurements online if they’re not accurate. Waste of time.
