Website Experience & Speedy Exchange
The online website is really user friendly and easy to navigate. I purchased the halter neck dress in black for my graduation this month. The dress is beautiful and I love it! I did order the wrong size initially as the measurements in the size guide didn’t translate to my sizes (I measured my bust and the dress was huge in this area even though I measured it). However I sized down and my exchanged was processed and delivered within a week which was great! Have followed the brand for years and have never been able to afford one of their dresses so was really excited to be able to treat myself for my graduation now that I’m working!

Great save from Odd Muse
After ordering a dress that was then canceled due to it being out of stock, I complained and got a free shipping code for another purchase. I waited until the dress I wanted to restock and this time, my order went through without any issues. Delivery was quick and my dress was packaged neatly. The dress is an incredible material and the length is appropriate for work (I’m 5ft 4”).
Although my experience started off with extreme disappointment, I’m delighted to represent a British brand in South Florida. All thanks for a very responsive customer service team. Great save by Odd Muse!!!

Inconsistent sizing and exchanges take too long
Firstly, the sizing is inconsistent. Previously I have bought tops in size L so I recently purchased a top in L and it was ridiculously too big so I sent it to be exchanged... it is over 2 weeks since I sent the returned item and I still have not received my exchanged item. If this was a cheaper brand I wouldn't have such an issue with it but when you are charging £65 for a top and 3 weeks later I have nothing to show for it, I don't think thats acceptable.

10/10 customer service and product
My parcel went missing however odd muse customer service responded immediately and issued me with a replacement, next day delivery so I still got my outfits on time! The outfit is such good quality and their customer service is just as good! Things are bound to go wrong sometimes but it’s how the company fixes it which is what matters and i couldn’t fault odd muse at all. Highly recommend
