I recently purchased a Herman Miller Aeron from this company, along with a few extensions, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The chair was delivered to a different country in a reasonable timeframe, arrived well-packaged, and every part was intact. The quality matched exactly what was described on the website.

I later decided to return the PostureFit extension, and the process couldn’t have been easier. Their team responded quickly, clearly explained the steps, and didn’t ask unnecessary questions. After I provided the package ID, they processed the refund for the Posturefit promptly and even covered the return shipping costs. That level of customer care is rare and really appreciated.

Overall, I’m very happy with both the chair and the service. Reliable delivery, accurate product descriptions, and a hassle-free, generous return experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again and highly recommend them.

I ordered fully loaded Herman Miller Mirra 1 chair. Took bit less than two weeks to get it delivered to Estonia. The chair, even tho close to 15 years old was overall in good condition, only few minor scratches on the frame. The arm-pads look new, the wheels where brand new, the mesh parts also looks pretty new. The gas shock and all the adjustments work flawlessly too. However the box that it came in was damaged in shipping, looks like one corner has taken a hit and as result one of the arm-pad adjustment levers was broken. I sent a mail with my issue to Offeco with pictures and the next day they already responded that they are sending the replacement part out immediately. Overall great company, good refurbishing quality, reasonable prices and awesome customer service. Thumbs up from me for sure.

Ordered a Steel Case Leap V2. Arrived in 10 work days (within their 15 work day limit).
I didn't receive a tracking link via email, however they sent me one via the chat window on their website when I asked. They were also quick and helpful with a few questions I had.
The box had some light damage but none of it reached the chair.
The chair was in perfect condition and assembly was very easy.

I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron Remastered (Size C) refurbished/showroom model from Offeco.

The checkout process was straightforward and the communication has been perfect.

What I really like is the 60-month warranty and the generous reflection period, which makes buying refurbished feel low-risk and trustworthy.

I can summarize my experience with Offeco as: AMAZING customer support.

I initially purchased a Herman Miller Sayl, which was ok, but not quite there for me (the chair was in perfect condition and was delivered quickly, I just didn't like the model much). I decided to switch it for an Aeron, which support promptly helped me with and made it a very easy process.

To my surprise, after years wishin an Aeron, I realized it's not for me- again, the chair's condition is great, but I didn't adapt to it. I had to go for another exchange and, still, Offeco's team was nothing but supportive to me looking for the right chair for me.

Living in a smaller town, it's hard to try specific chairs before you can buy them, so having such a reliable company to help you find the perfect fit (including talking to you to understand your needs to make the right recommendation) makes all the difference.

Special thanks to Robby, who had a lot of patience with me and demonstrated more empathy than I could've asked for, understanding that a good office chair is something that will dictate a lot of things- your humour, health, productivity, etc, for the years to come.

If you are in the Netherlands as I am, I totally recommend them.

Bought this chair and process was smooth and delivery was on track and updated regularly. One small improvement on the packaging or rather lack of it as the chair was delivered only covered in a plastic bag.
Customer service is within their stated response times but you can always call them if it's urgent.

verall, the purchase went smoothly and the chair looks almost like new (aside from a few minor scratches on the foot area, which is acceptable for a refurbished product). The upholstery and armrests are in very good condition and also look like new. Communication via the website chat was very quick and efficient, and all my questions were answered promptly. The delivery time was also respected (within 8 days).

There are two points that prevented me from giving a full 5-star review:

1) Delivery experience (DPD):
I was not satisfied with how DPD handled the delivery. While I understand the decision to use DPD as a cheaper option compared to DHL, this clearly impacts the delivery experience. I was not at home, received no notification that the delivery was imminent (beyond the parcel arriving at the German depot), and despite not giving permission to leave the package unattended, the chair was left in the main hallway where anyone could access it. As a suggestion, it would be great to offer DHL as a delivery option in the future.

2) Missing assembly instructions:
The chair arrived dismantled without any assembly instructions. While this was not an issue for me personally, as I have assembled similar chairs before, it would be helpful to include at least a simple instruction sheet or a QR code linking to a video (e.g. on YouTube). I had to search for the instructions myself, and I can imagine this could be challenging for less handy customers.

If you shop from outside of Netherlands, the packaging and preparation takes them some time (Which is communicated and understandable)

It also gave me a time to reconsider my order and ask for an upgrade to a better chair variant.

I got my chair today, and I'm really surprised about the quality. Their claim that refurbished means as good as new really holds. I am absolutely going to recommend this store to my family and friends.

Offeco Herman Miller Remastered: The chair arrived in perfect condition - no signs of any damage - well packaged - simple to put together. The chair itself is impeccable I have sciatica and it immediately makes a significant difference. I decided to go for the larger model and Robby at Office made the switch extremely efficiently and painlessly... Can't recommend more highly

I recently purchased a refurbished office chair from Offeco and overall I am very satisfied with the product.

The chair arrived in very good condition and I really like it. It is comfortable, solid, and looks great. The packaging was good, although the box arrived open, which I assume was due to inspection or handling during transport. Inside, everything was well protected.

There were a couple of very small cosmetic marks, probably from a screwdriver during the disassembly process for reupholstering, but nothing important or visible in normal use. Apart from that, the chair looks excellent and the refurbishment quality is very good.

Regarding shipping, this was the only slightly negative point of the experience. Initially, I was informed that the chair was ready to be shipped, but later I was told it was still waiting for the upholsterer, which caused some confusion. Communication could be clearer and more precise. Once the chair was finally handed over to the carrier, the delivery process worked well and the shipment to Spain was fast and properly tracked.

In summary:

Product quality: very good

Refurbishment: high quality

Packaging: good

Communication & logistics: could be improved

Despite the small issues with shipping communication, I would definitely recommend Offeco. The final product quality makes it worth it.

Fabric Herman Miller Sayl faced some challenges during the upholstery process, causing the order to take 59 days… but their customer service team eventually worked to an agreeable solution and in the end delivered a fantastic Sayl chair at a fantastic price. It is worth using Offeco if you have the time!

The chair looked like new to me. Very nice!
All was very well packaged, even every single part was plastic wrapped.

The chair is amazing!

The assembly was straight forward. However, I do think it would be good if you sent a little, "Thank you" note and a instruction guide. That would improve the experience.
