Purchased a Steelcase Leap V2 when they had the Blackfriday Sale, the Chair itself is in almost perfect condition - Had tiny bit of rust on the inside, but was fast to remove.

I quickly noticed the Gas Cylinder being defective, and wrote to their support - Taken into consideration that it was around Christmas and New Year, I would say their support was fast and really friendly.

There was no problems getting them to send a completly new Gas Cylinder, and I just received it today. Now everything works flawlessly :)

Would recommend to buy from Offeco, if you're looking for good ergonomic chairs, that doesn't need to be New - Really glad with my Steelcase Leap V2

I ordered a chair from Offeco on 16 December for €850. Unfortunately, the order process did not go smoothly at first. I initially received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, which later turned out to be incorrect due to an internal inventory issue. After further delays, the shipment was even marked as delivered although nothing had arrived.

This was obviously very frustrating, especially given the price of the product.

However, I want to highlight that Robby stepped in and handled the situation very professionally. Once the issue was escalated, he responded quickly, took responsibility, and arranged an immediate replacement shipment without waiting for a lengthy investigation.

Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how they are resolved. In the end, Offeco took the matter seriously and worked towards a fair solution.

Because of Robby’s fast and pragmatic support, I am updating my review accordingly. Thank you for resolving the issue.

The chair arrived in time, it was in good condition and the packaging was excellent, so I'm happy and I wouldn't hesitate ordering from Offeco a second time.

Customer support regarding returning the headrest was great, too.

However, I don't like their marketing:

Black Friday sale was marketed as limited time sale. They've been selling the same chair for the exact same price for 1,5 months since Black Friday. During Christmas it was a limited time Christmas sale. After that, it was a limited time End of Year sale. Now it's marketed as Winter Deal. The sales are just a FOMO-gimmick used to pressure the customer into buying right now. So, if you're considering buying because of a limited time sale, take your time and weight your options carefully. There's no rush.

Flawless product at a good price. Delivery from the Netherlands to Switzerland wasn't a problem at all. Customer Service is great. Would definately recommend.

I was hesitant for a long time about buying a refurbished chair, but Offeco made the decision easy. I ordered a refurbished Herman Miller Aeron Remastered (Onyx, size C) and it arrived in excellent condition — all adjustments and functions work perfectly. The chair was packaged properly: components were individually wrapped in bubble wrap and the outer cardboard box was sturdy. Delivery to Hungary took about 7 business days and arrived on time. Customer service communication was professional and reassuring, and the 5-year warranty plus the 90-day return window gave me the confidence to place the order. Highly recommended.

Very impressive delivery time. Ordered wednesday and received it monday in Denmark. The Aaeron chair is nice, but disappointed the back of the chair can’t be adjusted
