I got paid, but they lie
The fixed the problem and paid me, was a headache but i got paid.
and to answer what you said below, i tried and tried and tried to give you my Skrill, you even at one point told me I had to have a PayPal in my name, couldn't use Skrill, so don't give me that stuff about it being me. honestly you were looking for a way not to pay me.
Changing my stars from 5-1 after reading that. that's really lame. not using your services anymore either.
I have all our communications. I CLEARLY said over and over I wanted to use Skrill and you kept replying with stupid excuses and suggesting I was out of luck. that is a total lie and people should NOT use this site ever!
Also, you froze my account for the PayPal not being in my name, instead of just rejecting my request. I couldn't get on to even see what options I had to withdraw. you wouldn't unfreeze me either. There was NO reason to freeze my account. I didn't know I wasn't allowed to use my family members account. It wasn't nothing shady at all. But you did it in a way where you held power over the situation. I am 10000% sure if not for trust pilot I would have never gotten paid. You only cooperated the second after my review was published.

We were able to identify your account and can provide the following facts.
You initially attempted to withdraw funds to an account which was not registered to you. This is a breach of our terms and is no permitted.
To clarify why this is an issue, this is the type of activity that would suggest either potential fraud or money laundering, so hopefully that clears up why it was suspend worthy.
The further delays were then caused by you not supplying what we requested, which was simply the email address for you skrill account so that we could then confirm the payment could be issued and reactivate your account.
You finally provided that yesterday and your account was then reactivated.
Through the entire process we operated within our terms and provided you every opportunity to continue on the site. When you contacted us, we provided quick response, and the delays were only caused by your initial attempted use of someone else's account, and then failure to provide what we requested for several days.
Update*
We did not lie as you falsely claim but have provided the full facts of the situation.
As we've explained there was every reason to block your account, you attempted to breach our rules and use a payment account registered to someone else. We blocked your account to deal with that issue and prevent potential fraud which was the correct course of action. That also provides the opportunity for us to explain why your payment was rejected and give you the information required to solve the issue, which we did.
You told us you wished to use Skrill, but continually failed to provide what we requested, which was the email for that skrill account so we could verify payment could be issued.
We did not at any point make any excuses or suggest you were out of luck. We continually confirmed what was required to reactivate your account.
You finally provided that on 10/26/2022 3:12 AM in your ticket response. We challenge you to review all tickets and show a time where you previously provided your skrill email address.
At that point your account was reactivated, you then requested your payment and it was issued within 24 hours at 10/26/2022 4:25 PM as per our payment promise.
Your issue being resolved had nothing to do with Trustpilot, but had everything to do with you finally doing what we asked and providing the payment information which verified the payment account was registered to you.

Again, we present facts and nothing is made up. Your account was only activated after you finally provided what was requested. you then got paid as per our site promise.
We could have banned you immediately for your attempted withdrawal to someone else's account, but we gave you opportunity and when you finally took it, everything went exactly as we said it would all along. We were polite, factual and pleasant throughout, and the issues and delays were all caused at your end. If you don't want to take responsibility for your mistakes and delays, that's fine, but don't try to suggest we did anything other than we said we would.

Yes we could have banned you for using someone else's account as it is a clear breach of our terms. We do care where money is issued, as we've already stated, it is a sensible rule to have in place to prevent issues such as money laundering.
As we've already stated multiple times, you were provided all the factual information required to fix the issue. The information was provided fast, clear and politely. You just didn't supply it till after you posted the review, had you sent it earlier, then you could have saved having to write it.
This was an issue caused by you, and the delays in resolving it were due to you not providing the information. Our response here is 100% factual we don't make stuff up as we don't have to. If you want to reward us 1* as a result of your issues, then that's your choice.

Give actual qualification questions
As far as the payouts re concerned Offernation is one of the best, but, that's when I'm actually lucky enough to qualify for a survey, and I say that because I'm not qualifying for a lot of surveys just from the very first questions that has specific answers that should be picked rather than questions that may be related to what the survey will be about to see if I qualify, so that right there is something I'm not understanding.
