Very disappointed. I paid for one page to be converted and was then billed (the next day) for subscription of £39.95 which I did not sign up for. No transparency with this company's subscription processes and I will never use them or refer others to them, ever.

Fraudulent activity against my credit card
Alerted by my credit card company that these guys had attempted fraudulent access to my credit card.
Hoping this may have been a mistake on their part I tried to contact them via their contact page only to receive a 403 error (this indicates they are actively refusing to accept communication).

I was extremely disappointed with this…
I was extremely disappointed with this company. I sent a word document to be transferred into PDF on Friday 3rd January. However when it arrived it was totally illegible as all the letters were jumbled. On Sunday 5th January they deducted £39.90 from my account. I called the office on Monday 6th January being the first day after the weekend and they refused to give me a refund as my complaint was not within 48hrs despite not being able to contact them over the weekend.
Do not use this company totally misleading

Be careful of giving your bank card…
Be careful of giving your bank card information. They are not honest. I wanted to just make one pdf and they asked for paying £0.5 which I agreed. After two days they removed £39.90 from my account. They had registered me with their company without my permission and without informing me. Just because they had card information.

I paid £0.50 for one document
I paid £0.50 for one document. Unknown to me I would automatically be debited for a year in the amount of £39.90 after 48 hours. It was not clear that this would happen, otherwise I would have cancelled immediately as I only wanted one document.
The details they sent stated as follows

When I phoned them to be reimbursed they just quoted their terms and conditions which were not brought to my attention. They refused absolutely to assist. Many people must be caught out regularly.
I note from another review that I am not the only person caught. It would be very nice if they reversed their position and acted honourable and reimbursed me accordingly. This is a scam really!!
