A very dissapointing experience
A very dissapointing experience. Paid 50p on the 8th December for a one-off operation online, must have misread terms and conditions and the next thing I know is being charged 39.90 pounds on the 10th. Trying to explain it to them that it was a mistake didn't change anything. A very sneaky way to get money out of people like myself.

The service was awful!
The service was awful!! My money was deducted and no conversion was done. Tried to contact them by mail and it wouldn’t work!

As all the other 1 stars review I paid 0,50 cent to convert a document from JPG to PDF and after two days I received a charge of £39.90 for a month of subscription! This Is how they make money

BEWARE total con for charges
BEWARE total con for charges. Don't order on a Thursday through to Sunday inclusive unless you want to pay £40 odd for converting just one file, or hope that your bank refuses the charge before applying to your account!

Bought a conversion pdf document for 50…
Bought a conversion pdf document for 50 pence which I never got. The next thing I know, the bank contacted me asking me if I made a payment for £39.90 to office-pdf.com. I told them no. Apparently, when you buy a one off document for 50 pence, there is a sneaky subscription that is not made clear. They will charge your card £39.90. My bank has blocked the card and any payments to this company. I'm unable to receive my document either or log on to the account. When they said 'your documents are in safe hands' that's an understatement. It's a sneaky
fraudelent scam. I'm very impressed how my bank recognised such fraudentlent activity and declined their debits.

50p could unwittingly commit you to £39.90 monthly
Office Pdf and Office-Pdf may or may not be one and the same company but my experience has been entirely negtive. Not only has 50p been taken from my account but the converted document was never delivered. ALL BUYERS SHOULD BE AWARE that they are signing up (perhaps unwittingly) to a commitment of £39.90 per month as a consequence of their first purchase and that to avoid this charge, they will need to cacel the subscription within 48 hours of the first transaction.

Misleading - thought I was paying 50p to convert a PDF and inadvertently signed up to a £39 per month subscription! Not clear, misleading and then they make it extremely difficult to cancel the subscription - beware!

Beware you're signing up to subscription service.
Looks great initially 50p to convert a pdf and worked well. I was shocked to see my bank declined a further payment 2 days later. The T and C did not state this was a subscription service. Bank have advised these are scammers and have advised accordingly. I've requested to cancel subscription and sent an email following the banks instructions.

Misleadiing!
The description of the Web Site mis-led me! I thought that I could reduce the size of a document! The Title Compression fooled me so I regret paying .50p - not too expensive for an experience. However, £39.90 was debited to my account! But after many communications I received my money back so I am grateful for their consideration.

Site offers a service for 50p, but automatically puts you into an expensive subscription. This move is not very clearly stated, and is rather hidden on the webpage. So, it seems to be a bit of a scam.

I convert my pdf to word and after paying and confirmed, it says that my document is ready to download but a big joke it was empty? So I tried different ways like sending the document that was ready as it says cannot open then finally i manage to open it it was another big joke ? Sneakily sign you up for suscription
Paid 50p for one pdf and thought, that's reasonable. Not once did I read anywhere I was signing up to a trial period that after 48 hours they would then charge me £39.90! A month! Either there wasn't any information on this or at the very least it wasn't clear! I feel that this is a bit of a scam or extremely sneaky at least!

They are scammers
They are scammers…I made a 50p pdf transaction a few weeks ago which I paid for. Since then they have been attempting to take £39 from my account. Thankfully my bank declines the unauthorised payment. I will be reporting them to regulatory bodies to get them closed down or investigated further. I will not recommend them.
