You did not make it very clear that there would be a monthly charge of £39.90 per month after I purchased an item for the grand total go £0.48 I only noticed this when I looked at my bank statement I went back to your website and low and behold all of a sudden there is a message saying I have 48 hours from purchase to stop this charge going out monthly as I stated nothing was mentioned when I purchased Ann item for £0.50 please reimburse my money

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service. I initially signed up for the £0.50 trial offer to transfer one document, but after attempting the transfer and closing the page, I did not continue using the service or review any further details. However, 48 hours later, I noticed a charge of £39.90 on my account.
While I acknowledge that it was partly my fault for not reading all the terms carefully, I believe it would have been appropriate for you to send a reminder email before the charge was applied. This lack of communication has led to an unexpected charge, and I am not satisfied with the service.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend your service.

I used and paid for conversion of a document for 50p. I have just seen a charge of £39.95 in my bank account and now found emails in my spam box and read the small print tucked away at the bottom! Feels rather sneaky and I’m not at all happy. Be careful what you sign up for people!
