Easy and great value for money

An outstanding service for a reasonable price. I have just setup a limited company and setting up a companies address with OfficeServ was incredibility straight forward. The address was provided promptly and their Mail Scanning service is exceptional. Highly recommend their services!

Disappointed
I subscribed to OfficeServ and paid £26.40 for a registered address service. After signing up and adding their address to Companies House, I was suddenly informed that my country is considered “high-risk” and that they couldn’t provide the service. This restriction was never mentioned before payment, which wasted my time and forced me to change my company address again.
They only offered a partial refund (£22) even though I never received any service. Not a professional experience — I expected more transparency and fairness.

First of all, we can only apologise that you feel blindsided by the mentioned country of residence being high-risk.
Prior to signing up for our services, there is a tick box which asks you to confirm you do not reside in any of the countries listed within the government's FAFT public statement, which marks them as high-risk.
Upon the ticking of this box, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, and letting us know that you do not reside in the mentioned countries.
Due to the fact that our services can be purchased outside of our opening hours, we would have been unable to action anything regarding this until we were next in office.
I can see that you were contacted on the next working day, informing you of the situation.
By this point, our address had already been implemented on Companies House; meaning no refund would have been issued. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we issued you with a partial refund once our address had been removed.
