I’ve submitted ID Documents 4 times…
I’ve submitted ID Documents 4 times without them being approved and being told letters are going to be sent back to sender if I don’t upload my ID. I’ve paid for a mailbox and they fail to provide the service.
**EDIT** - they need "we require valid and verifiable ID documents" which means my driving licence and passport are not valid or verifiable. ive paid for a service and submitted the ID immediately. they have failed to provide a service with no reply from their email address. - Avoid.

Unfortunately, we require valid and verifiable ID documents in order to provide customers with a service, in order to stay in line with Government AML and KYC regulations.
When a letter is received for you and we are yet to receive adequate ID documents, we will hold on to these for seven days before returning these to sender.
With this in mind, we are doing everything necessary in order to provide you with a service, and we just need the appropriate ID documents to be able to successfully forward your mail on to you.
