If I could give this company zero stars that would be more appropriate
Bought a hoverboard and kart unfortunately it was damaged company has not replaced the unit just repaired it the courier company let hoverboard down by leaving item on doorstep which unfortunately was stolen DPD has accepted responsibility for the theft , hoverboard company offered a replacement or refund I chose refund which hoverboard company are now trying every excuse to not refund me this company is not interested in what the customer wants STAY WELL AWAY FROM

We bought a hoverboard and kart as my daughters main christmas present only to find the hoverboard not working properly when opened. It wasn't turning correctly and kept flashing red lights on the one side. Although Official Hoverboard have been responding to my emails they refuse to phone us to talk through the issue and their number just goes straight through to a voicemail stating they are too busy to take calls at the moment (this has been going on for 3 weeks now). They are prompt to respond by email but each time they just ask us to make another video doing different things (the most recent to illustrate the same fault on a box rather than the floor). They've completely ignored my request for a replacement or refund to date, instead just asking us for video after video of the same fault (7 sent so far). Have little confidence they are going to resolve this anytime soon.

Waste of time! DO NOT purchase from this company!
Bought a hoverboard and kart frame for my daughter from Christmas only received the kart!! No hoverboard was told it’s been delivered and told it has the same tracking number!!! On a different parcel and a different day! I call b@&£cks!
Still no refund

Ordered a board and cart and it came really quick. I flagged a default in one of the parts and no quibble a new part was sent and it actually arrived to my surprise the next day.

Amazing as always, trusted site. Have bought a few over the years with my 3 children and never any problem.

Brilliant scooter for kids the push to start is perfect for my daughter

Bought 2 of the all terrain kart bundles for Christmas. Kids absolutely love them, and these were dubbed the ‘best presents’ this year. Easy to set up and will last them for years to come. Would definitely recommend paying a bit more for the all terrain version.

Bought the hoverboard go cart for my daughters Christmas, was her main present, opened the package on Christmas eve to assemble and no seat, frame looks used scratches everywhere bolts been put in before judging where the deap scratches are, only reason getting 3 stars is because of the person I spoke to on Christmas day who sent out replacement seat that arrives today. Its for outside so wont nit pick over scratches but will never buy from this company again.

Better in real life and my grandson loves it.
Great size and easy to assemble.
There was a nut and bolt missing, contacted the company and they immediately sent out a replacement.
Great company and highly recommend and will definitely use again

Quality product

Quality hoverboard and great colours that match board and go cart. Easy to use and set up. Grandchildren have great fun in our long drive way with these. But always wear hard hats. We have purchased 2 of these now. Official Hoverboard are quick to respond to any communication. This was bought for a Christmas present.

Went with this company as they appeared to have a good reputation and put forward a professional outward display but had an awful experience! Ordered two hoverboards with karts for the children for Christmas. Both arrived swiftly but when opened on Christmas Day, the pack containing the nuts and bolts were missing from one kart so we couldn’t assemble it.

Contacted their customer services at once but spent four days just trying to get them to agree to send the missing parts.

As of today, they still have not confirmed they will send them so returning both boards and karts for a refund, and I’ll purchase elsewhere.

Great little board that actually works, unlike those off Temu and Amazon. Easy to put together and takes 3 hours to charge. Kids love it. Thank you

Absolutely brilliant. Bought for my 7 year old daughters birthday and both herself and her 9yo brother love it and have been cruising up and down our cul de sac.

Delivered super quick, took no time to assemble and it’s a solid piece of kit. Looks like I’ll have to get another soon so they can race each other!!
