I ordered some hair dye and got an email from Off Ya Tree saying that it was out of stock - they gave me a couple of great alternatives that were similar to the colour I was after.

Very happy with the service!!

The dress looks nothing like what it was advertised as bar that it has black on it. Most the stuff I ordered took weeks for someone to get back to me to say they weren't in stock. So I paid express post to find out 2 weeks later stuff wasnt in stock but not refunded for the post. The one item that actually came is NOTHING like advertised. I wouldnt buy online from them again

Always fun to walk into Off Ya Tree. Friendly, helpful staff and great atmosphere make shopping there fun and comfortable. Which is the opposite of how shopping usually makes me feel.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had a wide range of products to choose from it was hard to choose lol. Will definitely go back there for future piercings

I made a purchase online over a month ago. One item was not available so I waited for my refund. After more than 10 business days I sent an email enquiring about it. I was asked to double check my bank account which I did thoroughly. I responded to that email 16 days ago and have still not received my refund or a response.

I have had 3 bad experiences with this place, online AND in store. Online order was wrong had to email them to send me the correct nose ring, still don’t know where it is. You get no tracking information.

Order was prepared and picked up for delivery quickly and I received all information about it instantly.

I never received my items. I contacted auspost about it and they said they had never received any information beyond the initial scan and I would need to contact the seller to chase it up. As of today I submitted an online enquiry form 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing. There is no phone number or email address for the customer service team, only the online forms.

When my wallet I purchased arrived it still had the security tag attached inside. It was such a hassle to get it removed and it still makes the alarms go off when walking in and out of stores
