the transfer had its glitches and took days longer to transact even though there were no errors with account details etc.
the one impressive thing in this matter was the application of OFX operative Sasha Chen who followed up and tracked the misfires and kept us informed, even though the details were often hard for her to attain.

She wisely suggested I take out a Limit Order at a favourable but realistic exchange rate for the series of transactions. She was there for me throughout the process. OFX client fx currency accounts a great feature
The new functionality is great. Getting the accounts funded is very streamlined in this new version I have recently experienced. Being able to hold foreign currency balances is very helpful and removes an awkward step and expense of having foreign currency accounts elsewhere.

Lily Cai has been exceptional in helping me repatriate funds from USA to Australia. She was very proactive in helping me navigate the current political impacts, forward exchange contracts / limit orders and always attentive, efficient and a great communicator. Great client manager!
Sonja is my client manager and she was exceptional in helping me navigate my tight exchange deadlines. She was courteous and polite, highly professional.
