If only I could rate 0 stars

If I could rate 0 stars then I definitely would be. I am absolutely disgusted by this company. They advertised their iPhone 8+ grade A condition on games website. I purchase this to be told there would be a five day delay! This was okay because I understand the current situation, 2 weeks later I received an email saying it had been dispatched! My item never even turned up with Royal Mail and they reported it as missing. Lack of communication from both this company and game resulted in me getting in touch with my bank! Almost 4 weeks i waited! Got my money back, found a phone on curry’s and got it within two days. I must have received five emails confirming my order, updating me on the order status and telling me when my parcel would arrive. Not once did I get any reassurance from this company! I am infuriated with their response! Then to read the horrendous reviews I have read really makes me more disappointed, how dare anyone do this to their customers. Should not be allowed to trade and should NOT be able to advertise their products on what I believed to be a very trustworthy site. Will be reporting to trading standards.

Faulty phone not as described

Refurbished B grade IPhone 8 ordered and paid for via Game. After 22 days of waiting for the phone,I cancelled the order because delivery and communication with the company failed. The item arrived on day 25 (after it was cancelled). The phone was not as described. Every part of the phone screen was very badly scratched, obscuring the picture.

Communication with OGexclusives and Game was very poor. After several failed attempts at communicating and after posting this review, I did eventually receive an email.

As requested, I received an email containing a prepaid postage label. The phone was returned and I received a refund.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company, simply because the phone was not as described and the whole process was lengthy and stressful.

Awful Company

IF YOU ARE OWED MONEY, ASK YOUR BANK TO CLAIM THE MONEY BACK FOR YOU!

Spent nearly £400 via Game Markletplace to OG Exclusives mid April. Both sites advertise 3-5 days for delivery (Still - despite both being aware that there are long delays!).

On contacting OG Exclusives the company responds with generic, blunt replies that make no sense. I cancelled my order after 15 days as was still not getting anywhere with communication and item still hadn’t been dispatched. They agreed to cancel then when asked for a refund then told me they dispatched it (they haven’t as it’s still not arrived). All further communication had been ignored. I’ve gone through my bank now almost a month later to get a refund and hopefully will get the money back.

Game themselves have been no help whatsoever. Again generic replies or unhelpful replies. I asked that they change the false advertising of 3-5 days as it is misleading. Needless to say no change had been made and I was just told I should be ‘more patient’. They’ve not responded to support me with cancellation and the refund.

I understand The current COVID situation has caused delays. If both companies had clearly advertised the delays they expected and communicated properly then I would have no issue waiting. I do not expect to face false advertising, generic emails, rudeness, useless customer service and an inability to fulfil orders.

I’ll never use either company again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered an iPhone on 17th April, 27th April was told it was shipped. Royal Mail still haven't received it. Og 's customer service is non existant, shameful. Reporting to trading standards.

These sound like broken records but…

These sound like broken records but guess who also ordered an iPhone on the 11th of April And still has not received it. I received emails to say it had been dispatched to Royal Mail on multiple occasions yet it never arrived at their sorting facility. I even received these emails after being told a refund would be issued. Neither have I received my refund or the device And now we are in the 11th of may. Absolutely appalling and with how many people are saying the same thing I have no idea how this company even exists. If this continues past the next week, which I’m only providing to give a refund duration, I will be contacting trading standards.

Ordered an IPhone 7 had email the day…

Ordered an IPhone 7 had email the day after to say it was dispatched and to use tracking number provided.
A week passed and no phone checked tracking Royal Mail said it was never given to them to be sent.
Emailed customer support and got what looks like an automated email. This has been going on for a month now and OG exclusives have not given the item to Royal Mail.
I will be getting a full refund for the item I have not received.
Absolutely disgusting customer service NEVER AGAIN!

Where's my phone?

Very hard to currently reach either company since there's no phone number or working chat service at present for OGE (just a recorded message telling you to e-mail them) nor for GAME.

Don't bother with OG Exclusives or Game Marketplace

Bought an iPhone from OG Exclusives via Game marketplace. No phone was ever sent out and although Game are trying to help, we have now got Trading Standards involved to have our money returned. OG Exclusives customer service is shocking. The response we were getting from Libby was unintelligible. I am sorry to say I will never use GAME for video games or tech if they choose to use the likes of OG Exclusives to fulfil their orders.

Other reviews couldn't be more wrong

Had an amazing experience with this company. Amazing product, staff very polite and helpful. If i could give a million stars i would.
I've bought from them twice, around 2 years apart and it really is quite clear that this company has done nothing but grow and get better in every way possible.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I purchased an iphone via Game which said 12 month warranty included, turns out it isnt and it was a 90 day warranty, funnily enough the battery has gone on it and they are very rude + abrupt that is when they actually take the time to reply !! - DO NOT USE

Ordered an iphone 6s through Game but sold and dispatched by Ogexclusiveslondon. It should have been grade A, As New Condition. It was scratched on the back and on the sides. We have had major problems contacting this company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

avoid this company

bought an I phone 6 from this company, seemed ok to start but after a while the battery would drain if I used face time or took a photo. when I returned the phone I was told there was nothing wrong with it, and the faulty phone was returned. Avoid this company!

Terrible products and customer service

Just had the worst experience of any online shopping of my life.
I bought a phone for my son for him starting secondary school. It did arrive the next day but although it was described as ‘almost new’, it looked like it had been driven over- deep scratches on all sides. I sent it right back but had taken me nearly 3 weeks to get my money back. Bought through GAME and they helped a bit but not as much as they should. Please save yourself the bother and go to a much better company- they don’t reply to emails, don’t have a customer number. It’s not like I was trying to get a bargain, it was priced the going rate for an as new refurbished phone- I thought buying through GAME I would have great customer service- didn’t really work out that way. I would never buy with OG Exclusives ever again.

I was sold iPhone 6s not as described/damaged

I purchased a used iPhone 6s A grade in as new condition but when the phone arrived it had a large scratch on the screen. Item was poorly packaged in a paper envelope with a thin layer of bubble wrap.
When I returned the phone I received an email to say they had received the item and that a refund was being processed minus a 10% restocking fee to my amazement. Upon query the fee was being added because it was returned damaged but in reality it was delivered damaged/scratched in the first place. MasterCard and GAME are investigating this at the moment but I’m not sure if I will recover the 10% fee which is £28.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
