Great profit, amazing dress.
Loved the dress, super beautiful, amazing stitching, and overall quality. Delivery did take almost a month; however, customer service was really nice and helpful with quick response times, too. Would super recommend to anyone.

Wrong sizes and difficult returns
I usually wear a size S, so I ordered accordingly, but unfortunately the dress did not fit at all. I would have needed a size L for it to be comfortable. This makes the sizing quite misleading and difficult to trust when ordering online.
Additionally, the return process is not very straightforward, which made the whole experience more complicated than expected.
I hope this feedback helps improve both the sizing guidance and the returns experience for future customers.

I'd like to give you some honest and constructive feedback, especially because I truly love the brand.
The first corset came with a faulty seam. You were so attentive and sent me a second one, which I'm very grateful for.
The second corset has a small manufacturing defect (one of the bones is a little longer than it should be), but on my body it actually fit well, so it won't be a problem for me.
My suggestion to Oh Polly would be to review the quality control on this specific line of corsets, because it seems like there was a batch with inconsistent adjustments.
Overall, I still love the brand and I'm very thankful for Lauren's excellent customer service.

I had a small issue regarding a return and initially received store credit instead of a refund.
