This was my first time shopping with you. I bought a dress in 3 sizes for my niece who unfortunately is going through treatment for cancer right now and due to the medication wasn’t sure what size she would be. The dresses were beautiful and exactly as pictured but unfortunately just not the right size fit for her for now. Well your customer service department was phenomenal! I corresponded with Eva, Bailey & Becca and there was another woman when I first realized I needed to make a return and I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. They all were professional, kind and extremely helpful. They made what felt very overwhelming and stressful a very simple task. I would highly recommend Oh Polly as a company but your customer service department is really impressive.

STAY AWAY: Sent wrong items, lied for 5 days & offered insulting compensation!
I had an absolute nightmare experience with Oh Polly. They sent me a completely wrong dress (a random item in their bag) and instead of fixing their mistake, they kept me in a loop of lies for 5 days. Their support repeatedly promised a resolution within '6 hours' just to make me wait, which never happened.
I had to officially report them to ECC Greece just to get a refund. After all this stress and negligence, they had the audacity to offer a pathetic £10 gift card as compensation. When I rejected this insulting offer, they simply 'closed the thread' and ignored my messages.
This is a company that has ZERO respect for its customers and relies on automated bot replies to avoid accountability. My case with the European Consumer Centre remains OPEN and I will not stop until I am properly compensated for the moral damage and misleading information.
BEWARE: Do not spend your money here if you want to be treated like a human being. 🚩🚩🚩
They finally refunded the items but STOLE my shipping money (€9.95)! They are refusing to refund the delivery fee even though they sent the wrong order. Absolute scammers. Still no word on the compensation for their 5-day lies. ECC Greece is handling this now

I had a very disappointing experience with Oh Polly.
I ordered 7 items (around €210 total), but when I collected the parcel it already appeared to be tampered with. Once I opened it at home, I found only 3 items inside – 4 items were missing.
I contacted customer service immediately and explained everything, including that the parcel did not seem properly sealed. Despite this, they refused both a refund and a reshipment, claiming the parcel weight was “correct”.
This makes no sense – parcel weight does not prove that all items were actually delivered, especially in cases of tampering.
At the end of the day, I paid for 7 items and received only 3. I am now being refused a refund, which effectively means I paid for items I never received.
I am requesting a full refund for the missing items.
Very disappointed with how this has been handled.

Customer service was great when i finally was able to get through to someone. I was having issues with receiving my order and returning my order but they responded quickly to emails. It was inconvenient that they tried to make you go through an AI chat prior to speaking to a real person and finding an email was difficult. Their delivery carrier was awful in delivering my order making my experience unpleasant.

This is bad, very bad, i bought a red dress for valentine and it came late af, then when it came I didnt have time to open it and now i openned it was a wrong dress and wrong size, i got XL but I ordered S, this store is definitely a scam, now i cant return because it passed so many days and it was my fault, but can all stores work more professional please, i dont recommend this store for you, this store is worse than I expect.

Ordered a dress on 28th March received it on 30th March and returned it in 1st April. I got an email to let me know I will get my refund on 16th April but it’s now 20th April and I have not received my refund. I have emailed customer services, used their virtual chat and no one gets back to you….. absolutely rubbish service, I will not be rushing to order anything else from them…. In the meantime I am still waiting for my £200 back

Kasia was fantastic. The courier didn’t deliver my parcel and a refund was sent within 20 minutes of messaging Oh Polly. A full refund, including the postage and I also got a voucher to spend as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you for the great customer service.

I have ordered three dresses for bridesmaids. Two were pre order and planned delivery for 7-14th April. This has now been put back and I’m still waiting. It’s a long time to wait. Especially since I’ll be outside the window to send back the one dress which has come - but I need to see all three together! Oh Polly have said they will extend the return time on this occasion as a ‘good will gesture!’ But this wait is out of my hands anyway. It’s really frustrating and frankly off putting. Let’s hope the other two garments I ordered and paid for on 1st April come soon!
