Always great to customer service. The fabric is always good quality too and a great price.

The yellow fleece blanket appears to have been cut by hand with regular scissors. The shape is uneven, the edges are not straight, and the fabric is badly frayed and poorly finished. This is very poor quality and not what I expected. I would not recommend this company.

Five stars are not enough!

I was given a Gift Card, but unfortunately due to sad and difficult family circumstances, I put it aside. When life settled a little, I fetched it out and found it had expired one week earlier.

Neil from Oh Sew Crafty VERY generously agreed to extend the date by a couple of weeks. His emails were so thoughtful, kind and friendly. I now have a bag of wonderful squishy yarn waiting to be knitted.

Thank you Neil and the rest of the team, your store is amazing, packed full of great fabrics and yarns. I will be back!

Awful customer service.

I ordered online and was sent the wrong item. I emailed, called 12 times over the course of 3 hours without answer, and tried their WhatsApp all without reply. I then realised I could go to their store (1hr 30min round trip) to sort it out myself. When I got there, my issue was sorted immediately, but it’s so frustrating that their error became my issue and costed me my time to fix.

Then I finally got a reply from their WhatsApp to be told that the number I contacted wasn’t a customer service number, even though it’s the number listed on their website!!!

I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I ordered some plushy fabric from this company. The first size offered to purchase is 1/2 meter.
The colours were too dark for my project so wanted to return.
I have been informed that as fabric has been cut it is personalised so I cannot return or have a refund. It can only be returned if they sent wrong fabric or it’s faulty. Needless to say they say I can find better coloured fabric for my granddaughter in the future. That , I might say , is never going to happen.

Always a great fast delivery service. I had a problem with an order it was promptly sorted out. Some of my fabric was sent free of charge. They have an excellent fabric choice too. Would recommend.

That is definitely NOT the case with me and my order!!!!!! It was the BEST price ANYWHERE on line, and it was despatched in super quick time, and arrived the following day! How's that for first class service?!?

I have NEVER EVER had any cause or concern dealing with Oh Sew Crafty, so I speak as I find!

For me most definitely a company worth a whole lot more than 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Good fabrics at great prices really good customer service, I had an issue with my an item missing from my recent order, when I contacted them they replied straightaway and missing item was delivered 2 days later. Highly recommended this website

Terrible customer service. Sent incorrect product. Every interaction with customer service was painful. I have never had such a negative experience purchasing from an online fabric store. I would not recommend this company to my many fellow sewists.

I can only write a review based on my own experiences, but I really can't understand all the negative reviews.
I live on the north coast of Scotland, and post usually takes a day or 2 longer to arrive, but my order arrived a day earlier than expected. I recieved exactly what I ordered in super quick time. Ok, it's not the best quality, but for £3 a yard, it's what you should expect. I will definitely use them again. Thank you 😊

I received an email this morning apologising for the delay with my order, it was out of stock and although they had searched other stores none was available.
I requested a refund and this was given within minutes!
This is the first time I have used this company but it certainly won’t be the last !

Just received my order from Oh Sew Crafty.Absolutely thrilled with the fabric price was great just saved myself a load of money finding this fabric which I have bought for years from a well know fabric store on line.

Fantastic family run business with competitive prices and a brilliant customer service. I’ve used this company for some time now and will definitely continue to do so.

After a fabulous experience with these guys I was quite shocked and saddened to see all the negative reviews especially for a small family run business and knowing how damaging they can be. Whilst everyone is entitled to their own opinion I honestly can't fault them. I placed quite a large order with them and was over the moon, the fabric is all absolutely lovely and top notch quality, great prices and a lot cheaper from where I have purchased elsewhere, super fast delivery and free postage, customer service was excellent. I personally rate them 5* and would highly recommend them.

Ordered a list of different things, next day got an email saying one of the items are not in stock, requested a refund for that item. When the rest of my order arrived half of my order was missing (roughly £40 worth of items). I have contacted them multiple times since but they kept saying they’re looking into it and has since not given me any updates. Currently going through my bank but would definitely NOT recommend using them.

The postage label says that my parcel weighed about 800g and given part of my order is a 1kg bag of scrap fabric it’s clear as day that items are missing from order. Also missing was a pair of Fiskar scissors which I imagine would be quite heavy too.

Do not buy from their website.

Placed an online order but then received an email explaining that the item had sold out while processing my order. This is not the first time this has happened and seems to have happened with other customers too. I would not recommend using this company as their online listings clearly do not match to what they can actually offer.
