It was easy to navigate on the website and find the product, that we wanted.
The delivery was fast and the order was split in three different packets, which each and one was easy to track.

Horrible customer service. They lost my package in shipping and they don't seem to read my messages properly. They seem to reply with messages that don't address the questions and facts and they are unwilling to contact the shipping company. I had a a really bad experience, I did not recieve my order, and I do not recommend them.

I bought a coffee table , the height is not the same, one leg is short

I am truly astonished by the poor service the company provides. I bought a Charlotte vanity table, and a little under a year later, the rail on the drawer fell off and cannot be reattached.
They can’t provide me with a new rail so I can fix it myself, but they’re willing to give me 150 kroner so I can search the internet myself to see if there’s one that might fit…
I asked for the exact measurements of the rail, but they can’t give me that either… They have a two-year warranty, which they are not upholding.

My order was delivered fairly fast, but unfortunately a part was drilled wrong. I contacted the company and within 30 minutes we had agreed a solution.
That’s good service.

Albeit the customer service is very kind, Im disappointed as I have still not recieved my parcel. It was ordered 8 days ago and is still blocked in transportation. Ive been chasing for an urgent delivery for 4 days as the order is required recieved tomorrow, but it seems impossible. I specifically chose this product because of the adevrtised fast transportation so Im very frustrated.
Update: after complaining magic has happened and the delivery is underway. THANK YOU

The furniture is quite nice, however instructions for assembly are not very clear, also there’s need in electrical screwdriver, which isn’t stated in instruction.

I recently purchased a vanity mirror from OK-LIVING, and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Right from the start, assembling the mirror was a nightmare. The holes on the various parts, especially the drawers, were not aligned correctly, which made the assembly process far more frustrating and time-consuming than it should have been. Instead of easily following the instructions, I had to manually fix and adjust almost every piece to make it fit together properly. This is simply unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be user-friendly.

Additionally, the quality of the materials used is extremely poor. The components feel flimsy and fragile, which makes me doubt the durability of the vanity mirror. I expected something far more robust for the price I paid. The poor craftsmanship is evident in every part of the product, from the misaligned holes to the subpar finishing on the surfaces. After finally getting it assembled, I can't help but feel that it won’t last very long, which is disappointing considering this was supposed to be a long-term addition to my room.

In short, I would not recommend purchasing this vanity mirror from OK-LIVING. The frustrating assembly process, poor quality, and lack of durability make this a product I would advise others to avoid. There are better options out there that offer higher quality and easier assembly for a similar price point. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
