I received the Vicco Lisca dressing…
I received the Vicco Lisca dressing table with LED mirror, and the product arrived in very poor condition. The mirror was scratched and damaged, and the wood quality was extremely low.
I contacted customer service, and instead of offering a proper solution, they only offered a small discount or a replacement. The item is large and heavy, and returning it myself is not practical.
I expected much better quality and service. Very disappointing experience.

I was actually glad of quick service I ordered a baby bed and it arrived within 3 days but one part of bed had a tiny crack and one part of had a wrong hole it was not on a correct place where it should otherwise i am happy with there purchase

Ich bin insgesamt zufrieden mit meinem Kauf bei OK Living. Wir haben ein Franka-Bett mit Matratze und Schubladen bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte in zwei Teilen, und ein Paket war leider um einen Tag verspätet.
Man muss der Anleitung sehr genau folgen, da man sonst leicht Fehler macht. Ich finde es schade, dass das Bett nicht spiegelverkehrt aufgebaut werden kann, sodass der Einstieg auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite ist.
Die Schubladen sind von sehr schlechter Qualität, und ich überlege, sie zu entsorgen, da die Rollen sehr schlecht und schief laufen, wodurch die Schubladen selbst für einen Erwachsenen schwer zu handhaben sind.
Trotz meiner Kritik sind wir – und besonders mein Sohn – sehr glücklich mit diesem Hausbett. Außerdem ist es eindeutig das günstigste, das ich finden konnte.

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase from OK Living. We ordered a Franka bed with a mattress and drawers. The delivery was split into two parts, and unfortunately one package was delayed by one day.
You have to follow the instructions very carefully, otherwise you may end up assembling it incorrectly. I think it’s a shame that the bed cannot be mirrored so that the entrance is on the opposite side.
The drawers are extremely poor in quality, and I am considering throwing them away, as the wheels run so poorly and unevenly that the drawers are difficult to handle even for an adult.
Despite my criticism, we – and especially my son – are very happy with this house bed. It is also clearly the cheapest one I have been able to find.
