I ordered a small cabinet for kids with book shelfs to Danmark. It arrived in a few days . The package was ok. The product was as expected.

The ordered table with drawers was not delivered on time. Many pieces were already defective/damaged upon the delivery of the first part to my home. The remaining three parts had to be picked up at the post shop, and some of those parts were also damaged.

Despite providing photos, I did not receive any compensation. They asked me to return the items, which is impossible to pack in their current condition. Even the manual is too complicated to understand.

I am very unsatisfied with the service and the way they handled the damaged order.

My table was shit. Totally broken when delivered. I won't even deliver this shit back, keep the money,its the last you get.

It was easy to order from the website and it came quickly but unfortunately was mentioned it will arrive on the 18th but I got email 2 days earlier that it will arrive on the 17th which was a problem for me to manage the time, I couldn’t change or choose the date, but it’s a good product and I will definitely order from you again when needed.

The product is good but the packing is not strong enough, there is some broken on the corners, pill off some corners nd I need to glue and so on, and there is more important instructions for assembling is not clear enough there is number on the drawing but not on the board, and need so much time to build, but other wise I got what I need, please do more better than now

Excellent bed and perfect fittings. I am fully satisfied with the nura anthracite bed I ordered from ok living. For the price, it sure feels premium.

The furniture in itself is beautiful I believe, but the instruction manual for the assembly was a bit frustrating, that is the reaaon for the 3*. Not very good instructions, and a whole part missing about how to attach the drawers in the end (it only shows how to assemble the drawers). Also had some components/items that was in the package of screws but not mentioned in the instructions anywhere.
The costumer service on email has been very good though. They helped find out about the components that weren't showed and also tried to contact the manufacture about the drawer situation.
The shipment was in two parts and it came to Denmark quickly, but the Danish delivery carrier was messing it all up (they parted the two packaged and it ended up being delivered over 4 days instead of just the same day, because they messed it up. Not OK-living's fault!
The first package had one item that was a bit damaged at a corner. Costumer service replied fast and I got a discount because they couldn't secure a spare part of that item.
All in all good service and product, but instruction manuals should be way better.

Easy to navigate the webshop and good product. The delivery was 2 days late but we are happy with the kitchen sink we ordered.

The panels I ordered were delivered fast, the product was as expected and of good quality.

The furniture was amazing, very good quality and looks very good!
I also bought a mirror, and I couldn't be happier with the wuality of the lamps and the mirror itself.
Shipment was super fast, as always and very easy the whole website for choosing and the whole experience.
I'm recommending this to everyone!
The only downpart is the instructions to assemble furniture. Very poor in detail and all the screws came in one single bag. For a layperson, I imagine the immense difficulty in understanding which screw is which in the manual. They should be inspired by IKEA or Jysk, which have amazing and simple manuals.

But overall, very good and trustworthy store. I'm definitely buying there again!

Better off buying at Temu

I ordered a changing table. The parts were not numbered so you had to figure out which plate you needed yourself, which caused some confusion when it came to following the instructions. In addition, half of the screws were too big, so now the drawers bind when they open and close. I am not happy with my purchase. The quality is honestly not satisfying, at such a high price for a piece of furniture.

Easy to assemble, looks very good.

I'm surprised with the brilliant quality.

Completely impractical desk design
I was really disappointed with this desk. The drawer underneath is placed so low that you can’t actually sit under the desk properly. To sit with my arms at a normal height, I would basically have to sit on the floor – and even then, my hands would be above my head while typing!

It’s an incredibly poor design that makes the desk unusable for its intended purpose. I don’t understand how this passed any kind of ergonomic testing. Definitely not worth the money and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who plans to actually use it as a desk.
