Bath branch:- really nice staff. Very helpful. Didn’t know there was a 14 day period whereby you can view their goods in situ which, I felt, was very good especially considering the value and quality of the goods. The store is well laid out and gives one a good idea of how products will look at home.

If it’s not in store don’t order. This is the second time we have received poor delivery from OKA The sad thing is that the items are always very good quality and look wonderful however if you order something that’s not in the store to pay for and collect it takes months.

Our recent purchase was a Callanish stone dining table. We paid in full in the store back on 9th April and we were told that the delivery would be within a week. A week later we get a call to say that the item was on backorder and would nobody be delivered in July. On Sunday, the 20th of July we received an email to say that they were further delays and this would now be in September. As you can imagine, we were pretty fed up with this so we called to ask what the issue was only to be told that they could not supply the table at all as there were health and safety issues with the table itself and we’re going to arrange a refund. We had a very similar issue back last year when we purchased a lamp which was promised within 10 days which again ended up being almost 4 months before delivery.

Fantastic client services, answered all questions, went over and above to assist with my purchase - I look forward to collecting on Saturday, Thank you to the OKA Team @ Bath :)

The staff at OKA Bath are truly exceptional. Their customer service is faultless. Natasha has always been super helpful and has provided us with some beautiful solutions for lighting that have really levelled up the way our home looks. She is so creative and I am incredibly impressed by her help and knowledge. Linda does unique flower arrangements with OKA’s faux flowers. All of the arrangements and displays are fabulous. She is a true artist. Alex is always full of good ideas and extremely helpful.

The OKA designs are beautiful and timeless and give our home a real sense of character. Natasha, if I could give you, Linda and Alex 10 stars I would! It is a delight to visit OKA Bath.
