The teams came well wrapped (so protected) and true to their description I feel more discount could have been offered as I ordered quiet a few things but only got the offer at the time

In the historic town of Knutsford, what was once the Conservative Club is now the impressive home to our beautiful OKA store. Not far from Tatton Park Gardens and Lyme Park – used in the filming of BBC literary dramas – the striking red-brick building provides a stunning backdrop for two floors of our furniture and accessories. High ceilings and traditional mouldings showcase our designs in the best possible setting with the pieces being displayed in seasonal room sets by our talented visual team.

Exceptional Service
A delightful young lady Ellie served me today. She was very helpful finding all the products I wanted. She took care unwrapping and checking every item for me and I didn’t feel under pressure to rush. She specifically checked an item that was reduced so I received the discount and final helped me to carry all my bags to the car. What super customer service often hard to find these days. Thank you Ellie. J Carr

Is the size of my shopping list as a result! I will revisit when the new build is complete to buy all my favourites albeit I may well buy some now and hide them from my husband!! A really lovely shopping experience which is rare these days!!

Choosing faux flowers
Very helpful ladies helped me chose faux flowers for a vase I had previously bought from OKA. They spent a long time finding something of the same size and colour and then comparing flowers of different types until I was happy. They were so helpful and there was no pressure to purchase.

I was looking for the salad servers which weren’t on display.
When I went to pay for a different purchase, I showed them in the brochure to the lady.
She was very helpful and said there were some that had just been delivered.
She found them and unpacked them but the colour was darker than the pair in the brochure.
She offered to unpack more but I was happy with the second pair that she had opened.
Very pleasant experience.
