A gift of cheer for my granddaughter ❤️
This Ok Beauty Box arrived at the right time for me to gift to my granddaughter Charlotte. She had been going through a bit of a rough time, all the items in this box were favourites of hers.
Usually, even at 23 years old, she will say, "don't open it until I get there grandma", meaning she can have first choice.
This time it was all hers, and very happy she was too, me, I was delighted to be able to give her such lovely products. Both of us purchase many of the products we have received and tried from these great value boxes.

I give Beauty Box 5 Stars this month because there was NO cleanser or face serum in the May box.
Glow Cocktail London Night Cream £45. I really like this. It absorbs into the skin well and is easily 'spreadable' on the face. Not sure about the 'Glow' bit though.. haven't noticed that. I wonder if the Day Cream will be in a future Beauty Box? Best item in the Box for ages. Worth the money.
Dr.Lipp Tint £18. Is handy to carry in my pocket at work and you get 3 of them in different shades. It adds a bit of lip colour, but only lasts a short time and is gone. Would't buy again. Not worth £18
MUA Makeup Academy £6. It"s OK, I wore to go out on Saturday night and the glitter ended up all over my face. It creases after a short time, but I really liked the look of the eyeshadow when I first put it on. But for 6 quid for all those shades, you get what you pay for. I wouldn't buy again.
Wild Science Hair Serum £12. Rather 'thin and runny'. I smoothed a small amount on my hands and I applied it to my hair on top, as this is where I have fly-aways. It made it look 'wet' at first, then dried to 'nothing in particular'. I think a good light hairspray would do a better job. Un-interesting. I wouldn't buy it again.
BeautyPro Under Eye Mask £3. I haven't used yet, but I find these eye masks messy and rarely make much difference. and they can't be expected to for only £3.

Customer service is pretty poor
I've ordered a few things from this company and I've been pleased with the boxes. Unfortunately there has been a couple of issues which make me question the professionalism of the company. I wanted to purchase a box that was on a payday offer. The offer didn't apply and I contacted Ok beauty to ask why this wasn't working. I was told the promotion had ended. A few days later the promotion was still advertised on their website but I still wasn't able to get the promoted price.
Recently I purchased a beauty box with a free gift. On checkout I was offered a mystery beauty box for an extra £12. I decided to go for the offer and was disappointed to find the box I received was a duplicate of the free box. I would never have purchased it I'd have known it was the same and I think it's a fair assumption that they would be different. I contacted Okay beauty to explain and was told I could return the box but I'd need to pay the postage.
Little things but have left me with a poor impression of the company and I'd avoid using them in future. There are many similar companies out there that provide a better customer experience.
