I have been ordering these beautiful boxes on an off for many years.
I received my Beauty Box today and was missing an item.
I emailed within minutes to let Customer Services know including photos.
I received a reply from a lady called Lisa telling me that my delivery was flagging up as ‘Still Out for Delivery’ and to wait and see if the missing item arrived.
I think OK know that they do not sent items from the box out individually.
I think if it was arriving the same day they would have known on dispatch of the whole box that the item was missing and I would have been alerted in advance.
A simple ‘Sorry we will replace it as soon as possible’ would have been a far more appropriate approach.
I have asked OK to cancel my subscription as I do not want to be sitting around waiting for missing items and being questioned on what’s obviously an OK problem on their packaging line.
‘VERY DISAPPOINTING’…such a shame as it’s not the beautiful products letting you down.
