Don't buy online.
I bought a pair of glasses. They charged 11 euros for delivery.A week later, I haven´t received it.

I work from home. There is a doorman who gets the packages. It's simply not possible for me to believe that there have been "multiple attempts" and neither the doorman nor me were available to pick it up.

Yes, I finally got it today. I had to go to a delivery point to pick it up, which was not the idea.

I wrote to the Okkia company, haven’t heard back:
Firstly: Thank you for your unexpected response to my post on Trustpilot regarding the crack in my Sylvia sunglasses frame.
Unfortunately I didn’t purchase them directly, so I don’t have an order number, asI bought them from a vendor at The Painted Tree retail store in Raleigh-Durham, NC.

Love these!! Bought them in Sicily and had to buy another pair in the US.

I have received an email stating that where was a Royal mail delivery and I have received already a package, but they stated in a previous e- mail that they don't have my address and can I write one to them. How comes????? Usually Royal mail send an email informing and confirming that you should receive a parcel. But I haven't received any email from Royal mail. I think this Okkia UK company is a scam and they just take your money from your account and never deliver. Scam website, don't buy anything from them, you'll not receive your purchase and money back.

Broke after 6 weeks of use. Emailed the company including photos and only got back “we don’t ship to Australia”. In that case, this review is to warn other Australians not to buy a product that breaks easily from a company that is unable to offer a solution.

Very quick response and fast delivery concerning the products which I ordered. Unfortunately, most of the accessories for OKKIA glasses have been out of stock for a long time.

Sunglasses so good I could wear them to go to sleep. My best purchase of 2024. And brought again multiple times in 2025.

I hesitantly brought a pair of the Chiara model of these sunglasses while on holiday in 2024, having previously only squandered euros on cheap market stall sunglasses.

The pure indulgence of this purchase was squashed by the form, fit, and function of these faboulous sunglasses. They now go everywhere with me and feel so fine all day long.

I desperately came back for many more coordinating colours in 2025. And as such need to do a shout out to Vari whose customer service was superb and only supassed by the product itself. But still Vari was very impressive and absolutely outstanding.

I took 3 pairs on holiday this year and feared losing them more than my passport. But the only people stealing them from me to wear were my kids. However, I was also stopped by 2 people who wanted to know where I got them from so they could get them too.

Anyway, thank you for problem solving a personal sunglasses nightmare that I’ve had for decades. Don’t be suprised if a get a blue pair in 2026!

I discovered this brand in Spain and have since purchased 5 pairs. They are much more hard wearing than usual high street sunglasses and I’ll never go back. Their customer service is also excellent, I received a prompt response and immediate action - thank you Vari. Will continue to recommend!

I discovered the OKKIA Alessio glasses 2 years ago at the Rome Airport and have since then owned 6 pair of them which I taken to my optician who has put in the glasses which I need.

The quality, fast delivery, design are fantastic. Really like the items I ordered.

The style and design of the product are really beautiful — that's what prompted me to buy it. However, the quality turned out to be very disappointing. I only used the glasses for a few days during the holidays, and they broke immediately. I find it unacceptable that a product designed for everyday use breaks so easily. I expected much higher quality.

I bought 02 okkia sunglasses from Italy airport. It had broken without using them in the box. Such a poor quality. Wasted my money. No outlet in india that I can connect their costumer care and complaint against it.
Pathetic product.
