We arrived at Old brick furniture store went in with smiles and courtesy by staff. Was not pressured or suffocated in buying something. When help was asked they were more than happy to help. The delivery guys were on time on point and very quick at the job very professional there knowledge of putting together the furniture , Was outstanding would recommend this store to family and friends .

GREAT furniture - very good customer experience.
Everyone I dealt with at Old Brick was friendly and helpful. The delivery guys in particular were super fast and efficient. The delivery scheduling was also great - the people on the phone were incredibly nice, even as I was freaking out and changing my delivery dates due to wrong info I got when I bought the couch. In-store the service was the spottiest - I was in there looking at couches and deciding on fabric for quite some time (about 30 minutes) without anyone coming to check if I needed help before I finally went over and interrupted a group of salesmen talking in another section so that I could make my purchase. But once I had my sales representative, he was helpful (though he was mistaken about how long the order process would take, hence some freaking out later with the poor delivery schedulers since the couch didn't arrive before a trip out of the country - they did hold it until I returned). Overall though, I would purchase from Old Brick again. Customizing my couch was easy, and I'm very pleased with the product and most parts of the service.

My furniture was damaged before arrival noticed it when they started unwrapping the plastic and cardboard. They told me somebody will come out and look at it they won't replace the whole couch.

Old Brick is consistently a great company to order from. The team on site are not pushy and very helpful. Ordering and delivery is quick and easy. The installation crews on the truck are OUTSTANDING, very friendly and professional. I've used Old Brick for personal and work-related purchases, and will continue to do so.

I first purchased my bedroom set with your company and have returned to get our dining room furniture and now living room furniture

I bought a Flexsteel recliner at Old Brick. I chose a custom color fabric at no extra cost and received wonderful help from the saleswoman with that color choice -- she even carried the swatches outside into the sun for better color detection. After the recliner was delivered, I needed to have someone check it out because it rocks when the leg rest is up. It turns out that the seat must be further back to stop the rocking and it is designed to rock in a sitting position with the leg rest up and the seat back upright. When I commented about the need for more comfort in the lower back of the chair, the technician stuffed it with more cushioning and fixed the problem. I am now completely satisfied and enjoying the recliner. A couple of guests have commented on how much they like the style and design and how great the recliner matches my other furniture.

I rarely write reviews, but I'm making an exception for Old Brick Furniture because they've so exceptional.
Their selection of furniture is really good and their prices are even better, combine that with exceptional customer service and they made a customer out of me.
