Stearns & Foster Mattress - Bought a mattress after doing the sleep mapper experience. This was explained to us if we were not satisfied with the mattress we could return it. Should have read all the fine print. After sleeping on it for a painful 3 nights, I called Old Brick. Referred me to their customer care. I spoke to them. If we returned it (within 5 days) we could get a refund but the out of pocket cost to us was over $400 which is about 1/3 the cost. They insist on us doing a break-in period for at least 30 days, then we could return for a store credit only. Slept on it for another week. I could hardly walk. Feels like my spine is out of alignment. Incredible pain in my hip and shoulder. I was able to move into our guest room using my old mattress. My hip is slowly getting back to normal, however, it may take some trips to the chiropractor or physical therapy sessions to stop the pain completely. Just waiting for the 30 days to be up so we can try another mattress. Hopefully there isn't too much out of pocket cost. I'm sure we'll have to pay something.

I ordered a sofa bed and it is just what I ordered and it is more comfortable than I expected. An incident happened that was very quickly and very satisfactorily taken care of by Old Brick. They were wonderful to deal with and I very strongly recommend them.

John, our salesperson, could not have been more accommodating. I was there with a friend who was picking out a mattress. John was very patient with her and answered all of her questions. My pillow purchase was unplanned, but I love it.

Excellent In store representatives, they were incredibly helpful and were able to answer 100% of our questions quickly. As post College graduates starting our married life, the furniture we received was priced very well for the quality, and delivered on the day they stated. The furniture we purchased met our expectations from what we saw on the show floor, however we bought a sectional and it has a metal bracket that connects each side of the furniture. One of those brackets ripped out of the wood that connects the furniture together, however, with a little bit of drill and handy work (no work that exceeds amateur household tool skills) , I was able to reattach each hook on the couch to reconnect the furniture. Me and My Fiancé are pleased with our purchase still despite a minor hitch in the set up, and I would go back to Old Brick Furniture any day!

From start to finish, we had a great experience with Old Brick. The furniture came in as ordered in the timeframe we were given. On the day of delivery, the two delivery men were very helpful and knowledgeable, even pointing out a feature on the sofa bed we didn't know about. They were extremely careful while navigating doorways and took the time to look around beforehand to make sure that they had a clear path. They were courteous, prompt and efficient. Overall, a five-star experience!

Everything was reasonably priced and the salesman was not pushy at all. Especially LOVED the 2 men that delivered the furniture. Helpful, respectful,and very polite.

Always an enjoyable experience at Old Brick. The associates are knowledgeable , friendly and know their merchandise. It's great to browse around without pressure and know the sales staff is ready to answer any question when you're ready. The selection is wonderful and the 6 month payment plan is great. Affordable,classy and top notch quality furniture. Lastly, the delivery was quick and smooth with a couple of real pros!
