ZERO SERVICE since change from olivenet to olin!

Since the change from olivenet to olin the service sucks. They removed all options to contact their support, only possible by form on their website.
Impossible to login to my account page, impossible to contact them. Tried to call them from outside Spain, after 1/2 hour waiting disconected. Phone bill €30! Thanks for nothing!
I've done 5 attempts to contact them thru their website and ended with no response.
1 month later now still no answer!

Shambles

Terrible service. WiFi services is constantly down or slow. Try call customer services held on the line for over 20 minutes no one picks ups tried multiple times no answer. Would not recommend to anyone. Joke of a company gonna switch soon at this rate.

Been in the Olin office now for 75 mins…

Been in the Olin office now for 75 mins . Still waiting to be seen . Two people working only one seeing to customers . When it was Olivenet there were 5 people working here . Had no WiFi for 5 days . Technical phone line never answers. Total shambles . GO TO MOVISTAR

No customer care only sales

I was migrated to olin from olivenet, they just removed all options to contact their support and doubled my invoice without any notice.
All my attempts to contact them ended with no response so next step is to make a dispute via bank.
