The pictures were great and the product was exactly has seen online. The product packaging was also nice. I wore the earrings the day of my wedding, they shined so bright, and the quality was perfect.

I am seriously so impressed. This company goes above and beyond and has provided the best customer experience AND I am in loveeeeeee with the earrings I purchased!.

I had some questions about necklaces and they answered right away, I really wasn’t expecting a reply for days but it was the same day!! They gave me amazing recommendations on necklaces which helped me decide my wedding necklace!!☺️

I received a piece that I had purchased for a special occasion, that was missing some stones. I emailed and received a response within 12 hours, as well as confirmation of a new item being shipped my way in replacement - at no cost to me.

I purchased the most stunning earrings for my wedding from here, as well as a pair of earrings for all of my bridesmaids and a special thank you bracelet for my mom and MIL. All of the Jewelry was stunning and high quality! Everyone was so happy!!

Unfortunately stone fell out of my moms bracelet but with an easy email to the team at Olive and Piper, their customer service was quick to offer store credit and support to replace the bracelet. 15/10 experience and products!

I found about the store about 6 months ago, and fell in love. I'm using at least one of their pieces at my wedding in October. I answered an email notifying about new launches and was so surprised to get a sweet not from Donna, congratulating me on my engagement. She felt like a friend, and this is a true customer relations. I can't recommend the products and the team enough.

O&P is one of the ONLY places I shop for affordable, high-quality jewellery. They always fix any mistakes, they listen to suggestions for new designs, and they always add a personal touch to their correspondence.

The only issue I've ever had, is one time (out of MANY times) they sent me the wrong pair of earrings. They immediately sent out the correct pair, and I got to KEEP the ones they sent me by accident - even though they were worth more than the ones I ordered! Goodbye anxiety - no worries about ordering from O&P ever!

Olive and Piper first off has the most beautiful danity jewelry! Seeing it in person makes me so much more excited to wear it for my wedding day! Olive & Piper was my initial go to for my wedding jewelry and is now my go to for every event and everyday! The after care customer service team is top notch as I had a slight issue with a piece and they made it right no questions asked. The jewelry is beautiful and very well made and for someone with sensitive ears, I can easily wear all day! 10/10!!
