Sent someone else's damaged return
Jewelry is nice, but the game I bought is clearly someone else's return. Box damaged and not sealed and inside also damaged. Very disappointing.

Not delivered to our address
Not delivered to our address( which was clear on label) but to another flat in our road . Luckily we were able to find it . Please ensure delivery service take delivery seriously especially when paying for it .

Great experience
Great experience , shopped using a gift card and it was simple to do. I purchased a pair of leather boots which I was absolutely delighted with. They arrived promptly, beautifully parcelled and was so pleased with the quality. I would use this site to purchase gifts for others due to prompt delivery, quality of product and the quality of wrapping.
