I paid extra for next day delivery but didn't receive my order until 2 days later. This was a birthday gift for my daughter and so she received it a day late. Disappointing

I haven't received my full order yet
I haven't received my full order yet. Each day I get a delivery timeslot from Evri, then an update to say they can't deliver it until the next working day. This has now happened three times.

Lot's of choice on their website, easy to checkout, quick delivery and I was able to pick my parcel from a local pick up point .

My item has not been delivered! I ordered 4 days ago and no sign of it. I have had an email saying my delivery was cancelled, Why do you use Evri - they are terrible!

Totally addicted
I visited an Oliver Bonas store last Christmas with a gift voucher and bought the most beautiful and colourful jumper ever! I’ve been hooked ever since using their online website to buy great quality clothing, knitted accessories, gorgeous cushions, lampshade and jewellery as gifts.
Excellent quality with fast and well packaged delivery.
I totally recommend and I’ve already started ordering from their sale for gifts this Christmas.
