I found the Oliver Goldsmith representative responsive and extremely helpful. I felt there was no pressure on me to make my purchase, and I was kept iwell nformed throughout the process.

It's becoming increasingly rare to experience good customer service but I'm delighted to say not at Oliver Goldsmith's. I have just experienced possibly the greatest customer experience from anyone! Jodi and Carlotta went above and beyond to repair my much loved Manhattan sunglasses. After an epic fail on my part for allowing a popular high street optician to get their less skilful hands on them, only to receive them worse than when they went in, I thought game over. However, I spoke with Jodi who convinced me that Carlotta would work her most daring magic to bring them back to their former glory and oh how she delivered! Within 24 hours of posting them off to her, I received them back and if truth be told, I actually had to inspect them carefully as I thought for a moment they had replaced them with with a brand new pair. That's how good they are. Oliver Goldsmith care about their products, they have showed me how committed they are to their brand and as a result I'm now a life long super fan. Great service, excellent! Five stars!!!!! THANK YOU :O)

The customer service that I received from ??? was service of excellent. Quickly reply to my questions with professional service, advice and knowledge. The products are top quality as always. The delivery was fast. I received my new frame in 2 days. What more could you ask for. This is why I have been a customer for 30 years now.

I have wanted these sunglasses forever! I was so excited to finally order them. When I received them, even beyond the fact that I have adored these sunglasses for as long as I can remember, the presentation was just fabulous! The beautiful box within another beautiful box Containing a gorgeous case. They even put candy in the box with the Oliver Goldsmith name printed on the candy! Having said that when I put the sunglasses on, I felt fabulous! They were very Comfortable, and crafted beautifully. I will treasure them.

I reviewed many different sites that had the Manhattan, Dark Tortoiseshell available. This would be my first Oliver Goldsmith pair of sunglasses and I wanted to be 100% satisfied. All the other sites did NOT offer the 10% discount. This to me was an amazing benefit, Chanel, Tiffany, Tom Ford which I also own have NEVER offered me a discount. No hassle purchase and delivery was fast! But wait, the packaging!!! The packaging and presentation exceeds any purchase I have ever received, it’s all about the details. The frames were carefully covered with plastic as well as each arm, all very well protected. Beautiful presentation and a few sweet Oliver Goldsmith branded mints. Very nice touch!
I am in love, new style for me and I am excited to style them on my trip to Italy!!!

The glasses I ordered are exactly what I’ve been looking for — Oversized nice looking sunglasses — so I’m really pleased with them. And the process of ordering them and receiving them quickly was also great as well as the customer service, I received by email when I had a few questions. Also, I really appreciate the 10% discount that I got on the purchase, which the store where I saw them on Columbus Avenue in New York City did not offer.
