The customer Service and in particular Sarah who was probably the best most caring and kind lady I have ever dealt with. I missed a digit from the delivery address so goods went straight back. I was devastated as I felt I would never get another pair in time for my husbands christmas gift. Within 15 minutes of me emailing I received a call from Sarah who advised she would send me another pair of shoes without having to wait for the other pair coming back to them. This was late afternoon and the replacement pair came before noon the next day. This has put my trust in dealing with a company who does not use AI or robots, these are real people who do actually care. My husband has been buying from this brand for over 22 years and the product is superb. Thank you so so much Sarah and Oliver Sweeney I will never forget this experience.
