The online ordering system is easy as well as taking your measurements. Picked a black suit with some customization. The suit arrived and fits perfectly and the 150s fabric has a very feel.

Excellent service and product. From start to finish, staff was in regular communication, attending to every detail. Final product was perfect. I paid slightly less than a high quality local suit maker charges for a custom made suit of equal or superior quality.

Great customer service, highest quality material, great fit once dialed in. Be prepared for the process, can take some time going back and forth or to a tailor. But once the fit is dialed in, you’ve got top shelf, great fitting suits on demand.

There's no place within two hours of me that has quality suits on the rack or can custom tailor, so I decided made to measure was the way to go. I had Oliver Wicks make a three piece suit and they were very helpful and responsive along the way and the result was a very well fitting suit, and the quality even impressed my local haberdasher.

Terrific customer service. I purchased a suit and it took around 30 days from order to delivery. I was helped by Carissa who was extremely responsive and helped answer all my questions. I will absolutely be doing business with this company in the future.

I have bought four suits from Oliver Wicks. They are much higher quality than the other made to measure suits I have looked at. There is nothing better than getting a new suit and it fits perfectly. They communicate well and make sure everything is right.

It would be impossible to overstate how pleased I am in my recent transaction with Oliver Wicks. I had ordered their classic blue blazer after much thought, never having dealt with an online clothier before (being 86 years of age, "before" is quite a while). The blazer duly arrived and seemed to fit alright, though a bit tight around the middle, which I attributed to the closely fitted look. But the monogram which I had specified was missing. Communicating this to OW, at first they offered me a generous cash compensation for the error, but frankly, I was quite heartset on those initials in my first bespoke jacket! Whereupon Ms Andreya informed me that not only would they totally replace the jacket, with the monogram, but also would adjust the fit upon receipt of photos of me in the original jacket. When it arrived in just a month's time, I was completely satisfied with the way in which it now accommodated my middle, with the excellent material and workmanship, and—yes indeed—my "RJD" beautifully sewn inside—thanks, Oliver Wicks!

The customer service was fantastic. They had a question about one of my measurements, so they contacted me directly, just to be sure it was accurate. Quality materials, and craftsmanship. I went hesitate to use them again in the future.

I have ordered two suits from OW, a grey pick & pick for daughter # 1's wedding and a copper brown Donegal tweed for daughter #2's wedding (all within one year!). Both are superb material and workmanship and affordable. I had some slight and easy adjustments made by my tailor and she remarked on the quality of details of both suits. It's the details and the ability to make the suit a custom one (e.g., ticket pockets) that is important. The service is also quick and valuable; Andreya is a real gem for the details! Thank you!

I’ve made two separate orders and both experiences were excellent.

I had a great experience from start to finish ordering my wedding suit through Oliver Wicks. I wanted to wear a green suit for my wedding and of the many places I looked at, Oliver Wicks had the best selection of green shades. I picked a dark one that was subtle while still being noticeable in natural light.

I took my best shot at doing my own measurements, which Oliver Wicks checked to make sure were reasonable. The jacket was perfect on the first try but the vest lapels popped out more than I wanted, so Oliver Wicks helped me figure out the problem and recommended a solution (a new vest with one fewer button). Their customer service then kept tabs on the new vest to make sure it arrived in time for my wedding, and the vest fit great.

Overall a great experience. Good communication throughout the process and a great suit. Highly recommend.

Great Experience! Perfect Suit!

This was my first foray into the online custom suiting. Oliver Wicks had been very well received online and there is a reason for this. Excellent fabric choices from renowned mills. I used the online video to do my measurements with help from my wife. You could also use a tailor/dry cleaner to get measurements. I recommend getting in centimeters rather than inches for greater precision. The suit was ready in six weeks, just in time for Xmas! It fit very well though I have some adjustments I will make. Oliver Wicks covers up to $125 in alterations and you send back the adjustments so they can update your file for future suiting. Carissa was very good about replying back for any questions or updates. For me, Oliver Wicks will be my go-to for future suiting
