Loved the product and the experience. Carissa was really helpful helping me get the right measurements and without a doubt I received the best fitting pants Ive ever worn.

I am more than pleased with my suit purchase from Oliver Wicks. The process was easy to follow, the materials are fantastic (I selected the Navy Loro Piana and it's beautiful), the staff I worked with was amazing (shout out to Marchella), and the craftsmanship was excellent. I have purchased many suits, jackets, shirts and pants from Hong Kong and this suit is at a different level. I highly recommend them!

For folks like me who can't really make off-the-rack-then-tailor work, O.W. has been a godsend. I love their detailed measurement process and the fact that i typically have a half dozen back-and-forth emails on the particulars before we solidify the offer. It really feels like i'm dealing with someone who cares about their work and it gives me confidence that the suit will fit. I know they give a tailoring allowance, but i've not made use of it, so i cannot say how well that works. So far everything has gone well and there hasn't been a need to test their something-went-wrong process.

Because the shirts and suits fit so well, i plan to use them as my exclusive provider. Very happy customer.

I have 5-6 suits from Oliver Wicks and they are great. The fit was very good from the outset; with some feedback from me it is now perfect. The workmanship is great, the customer service is great, the fabrics are great. I waited months and months for a blue chalkstripe suit. It arrived last week and I wore it to a party last night - it looked amazing.

Overall a highly meh! experience. I buy suits for business and prefer something business appropriate that also still stands out. The fabric and fabric quality is top-notch.

The problem for me was with customer service when eventually there was indeed a problem. I'd already purchased several items from them and really enjoyed them no problem whatsoever. I received a suit where the blazer was entirely too tight and the pants too long. I contacted them and they claimed it was the fabric ordered linen vs. wool; which sort might explain the arms of the blazer but not length of the pants.

Fair enough but I simply wanted to return the suit at that price point I want it to fit well and feel good on, I had to stop get pictures taken of me in the ill-fitting suit and after pictures (which I had to do in between stop over flights at home) they pushed me towards taking it to a tailor shop on them. That sort seems unlikely and its still not a great fit simply letting the back out alters the feel of the suit and while it has some more arm swing as a result it doesn't look great on anymore since that's not 100% where the problem was.

I can't use these guys again - simply put I have zero trust in what they are going to send me order wise and I don't want the back and forth hassle or at least just take the return - I mean it didn't fit and it wasn't close. Time is an asset I value highly and I didn't like the correction process.

I did get a few great looking pieces from them but don't feel I can go back. Maybe your experience will be different.

I have ordered and received several custom suits and Blazers and each time the quality has been superb. Even more impressive is the customer service. Andreya is in constant contact insuring that everything fits and that I am happy with the outcome. I will soon be purchasing another suit and tuxedo. Thank you.

The customer focused service at Oliver Wicks is first class. From the communication, to the quality of fabric right down to the smallest detail on the final product I could not be more pleased with my experience. Oliver Wicks, Andrea & Carissa, have earned a long term customer. The only question is, which style for my next Oliver Wicks suit!

Customer service was excellent. Their process is easy and the results are fantastic. My first suit had very minor adjustments that were performed by my local tailor (well less than the allowance). These adjustments were added to my measurements profile. The next suit was perfect upon delivery. Fabrics and workmanship are equal or better compared to my fully tailor made suits.

Excellent customer service. They checked my measurements prior to accepting the order to make sure it made sense based on photos. They communicated each step of the way up to delivery. Eased my apprehension about ordering a suit online. Very happy with the fit and look exactly what I was looking for for my wedding suit.

I purchased my first suit from Oliver Wicks while preparing for a wedding of my daughter. I actually purchased several from other very well known MTM suit companies and I can say unequivocally that the quality and customer service provided by Oliver Wicks was leaps and bounds better than the others.

Since a person’s dress and grooming can send out a strong message, I want to make sure that message is a good one. Oliver Wicks well-tailored suits assists in sending that message!

The service at Oliver Wicks could not have been better. A superior retailer. The first jacket was slightly off, but without any fuss or trouble, they made it perfect. Terrific communication, too.

If you are looking at reviews to decide if you should purchase from Oliver Wicks, just do it! The customer service is amazing. They really strive to give you the best experience possible while buying a suit online. I will be a return customer.

Received two suits and have been very happy with quality and fit. A few minor tweaks have been completely covered by company!

Just received my first suit that took nearly 2 months to arrive and I couldn’t be more disappointed with this experience. My tailor (literally 5 star rated on both Yelp & Google with 100’s of reviews) gave me professional measurements to provide Oliver Wicks. The suit that arrived fit like a robe. The fit was so bad it’s almost laughable despite my frustration. Moreover, the quality of the fabric was very questionable. The entire suit was thick and stiff it felt like they made the suit out of a tablecloth. The look of the fabric didn’t match anywhere close to what was represented online.

After 2 days of trying to get customer service to respond and sending in pictures, they finally state they can remake the suit but it will take over 2 months to arrive due to higher than normal production times and a month long vacation closure.

Obviously, everyone’s experiences will vary - and no company can ever prevent all problems from ever occurring. However, it’s the type of issues and how a company responds to those issues that matters. It’s concerning that Oliver Wicks failed to provide the most basic of services they claim to specialize in, and couldn't make a suit that at least was close to fitting. Minor tailoring would be understandable, if not expected. Yet even more concerning is the absence of a response resembling anything remotely close to a company that’s concerned with providing good service and making up for their poor performance.

If you decide to move forward with Oliver Wicks, I hope it works out. Just go into it with realistic expectations (read as lower expectations) and ensure you have a backup plan ready.

This is my fourth suit from OW and they never disappoint. If anyone can make you feel that you are getting an in-store attention to detail experience completely online it is OW! Paid a little extra for the lining in my last suit and it is absolutely gorgeous. No regrets and will always be a return customer.

Great support and follow up, accommodate my change of mind on fabric, arrived on time and looks great - linen suit

I ordered a premium black suit. Super 150s wool. The material by far was the best I have ever seen, from the lining to the buttons everything was top notch. Outstanding customer service, you are made a priority with quick responses and knowledgeable people who value you. Moving forward I will exclusively get all of my suits from Oliver Wicks.
