My issue was there were so many back and forth documents to sign and different people to deal with all the time you're not sure who is doing what and which documents you last signed and what for. It was confusing. We seemed like it was us always trying to follow up on chasing what we needed to do and our calls to them would go to voicemail immediately. They seem like nice people but that experience left us underwhelmed.

The initial process enquiry then application was fine as I
was dealing with a sales guy Gus.
Unfortunately what let you down was the whole online application process which sent me multiple of the same forms to sign etc. I finally needed to sign some paperwork via email as the online system did not work. Then once the application was finally received by Oly it then took longer again to finally get the car paid for at the Dealership. The whole poor experience after dealing with Gus delayed my car pick up by at least 2 weeks.
Now I was told to install the Oly app and use the username and password created for the application and that does not work. I cannot access the Oly app, neither register nor sign in.

The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. With the exception of the settlement staff, the overall support has been unacceptable.
I was advised that Oly would provide a manual for payroll setup for FBT reporting purposes; however, I never received it. My follow-up emails were ignored, and I received no meaningful assistance.
I was also given no guidance on how to claim the running costs included in the finance agreement. In addition, I have not been reimbursed for the car insurance premium that I paid out of pocket.
Overall, the lack of communication and support has been very frustrating. I regret proceeding with Oly and have shared my feedback regarding the service with BYD.

Sales team (Nitesh Kumbnani) did a great job with explaining everything in detail. However, the settlement could have been completed at least a week earlier - I experienced some avoidable delays in communication and execution at the beginning, though the team did try to escalate and expedite towards the end.

Team is approachable and always provided the information and support required. It would be nice to have a status workflow, similar to how Tesla is managing on Tesla mobile application. A workflow indicating what is next and where is it pending. For example Pre-approval completed, waiting for a compliance check, waiting for a document, settlement pending. I had to call multiple times every day to check the current application status. Also each quote generated a different breakdown structure. It would be good to maintain a consistency in the break down structure. The very last quote has all the details in clear structure. Overall very satisfied with the support and appreciate teams effort. I liked the online web application.
