I ordered a blazer way back and never received it I only put one star so I could leave a review I emailed 2-3 times and never got a response shocking be careful order at your own risk

Arrived in a sealed zipped bag. Absolutely happy with my purchase. Would buy it in every single colour if I could.

I bought an item of clothing for my daughter which, unfortunately, did not suit her. I had read the returns policy before ordering and believed that a small deduction from the purchase price may be made if the item was returned. I DID NOT expect to be charged 30% of the price as a HANDLING FEE ( plus postage and packing). I have contacted the company to highlight the lack of clarity on their website with regard to returns. I will not use, or recommend this company to any of my family or friends and would advise others to proceed with care.

Bought a jacket which I did not like and I can’t return. They offered a 30% refund and keep the jacket. A few emails went backwards and forward with someone called Claire. This is all they kept saying. It felt like they wouldn’t take jacket back. At this point I’ve not heard anymore. So angry that this so called company are allowed to get away with this. Scammers!!

Awful delivery took 3 weeks then unable to get any replies regarding return.

The item is crap quality do not purchase

This company is awful, I bought a jacket after seeing it on Instagram and it really didnt suit me (which is fine) however, trying to return it is a painful experience - I am 2 weeks in to trying to return the item and every 2 days I get long emails back with apologies and offers of a 30% refund and I can keep the garment. I dont want to keep the garment I just want to return it.

They are charging a 30% "restocking" fee so buyers beware! I still havent had the address details to return the order back to!

Do not buy from this awful company. The items are seconds and of very poor quality from China. Not London.

Ordered one item, not happy, offered store credit, still not happy with product and told can’t resolve as per policy- only one resolution. Quality is terrible, not at all what is shown in pictures online. Service is terrible. VERY disappointing, how can this company not be banned from selling.

My mum ordered a size medium blazer which didn’t fit, she emailed the company and said she needed to return it as it’s too small. They advised not to send it back and would send her the size large. She received a 5XL instead of the large and she emailed the company to say she needed a large and offered to return both jackets for a size Large instead. She was told as they rectified the original mistake there is nothing they can do. My mum advised she would speak with trading standards. However, they are now ignoring her emails. Terrible service and a waste of money!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I BOUGHT THE JACKET WITH THE KNITTED SLEEVES AND IT WAS CHEAP AND NASTY. I ASKED THEM FOR A REFUND AND THEY’VE GIVEN ME A 30% REFUND. IT SERVES ME RIGHT FOR BUYING FROM A FACEBOOK ADVERT. NEVER AGAIN.

absolutley fantastic service from this company from start to finish the jacket was sent quickly arrived really nice but a bit too small for me, i requested an exchange and was promptly told how to return and exchange a really easy to do and was very kindly told to keep the smaller jacket which u have given to my daughter, extremely polite and kind messages followed, cant wait to try the replacement as really good quality. Highly recommended,

If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife bought me 2 shirts for a holiday. The sizes were chosen from the website and checked against comparable shirts in my wardrobe. When they arrived the length would have fitted my wife who is 5’2” rather than my 6’1” frame. Interestingly there were no size labels on the shirts so we could not verify if the incorrect item has been sent. When we raised this with Olympus London they advised we could not be given a refund as they had been bought as sale items. They offered a credit store value to be used to purchase something else. So, we looked at a hooded vest top. Again we referred to their sizing chart and this time we checked it against the charts provided by MnS. We sized the item at the next size up, just in case. Item arrived and surprise, surprise it is too small again. It renders the vest as useless as the shirts. They have responded when challenged, but they say as we purchased the vest on a store credit there is nothing else they can do! Oh, and as with the shirts, the vest came without any size labels, so again no way of telling if this is even the correct item.

I wish I’d read reviews before purchasing.

Purchased from a nice Instagram advert. Product arrived was such low quality and didn't look like it did online. Was smaller than the measurements. No resolution offered.

sizes small. They won't refund or will charge you 30% of what you paid to return item. Scamers. of no help. Buyers be ware read the rest of thease comments. Very disappointed with this company.

DO NOT BUY - not London based. When I asked for a refund on a jacket id ordered, I was offered a 30% refund and I could keep the item (which didnt fit), when I declined I was told Id need to cover the costs of sending the item back and they would keep 30% as a restocking charge - wont be ordering again and I suggest others dont either - wish Id checked on here first!

AVOID! Hong Kong scammers masquerading as a London based retailer. Item quality was shocking, I had to pursue a refund via my bank on the end as got tired arguing with a chatbot. Lesson learned 🤷🏼‍♀️

Do not trust any advertiser who does not clearly show their full address, Many of these companies are located in China and are often set up to cheat as many customers as possible before they move and set up another company. Compaies like Olympus London seem to suggest that they are genuine just because London is mentioned but their actual address is not available when searched for. Money is easily lost when buying through these non location declared companies and returning items get sent back as the return address is often FAKE. Report all problems to the police.

Dreadful company, avoid at all costs! Very shoddy jacket, badly made and feels/looks really cheap and nasty. I’ve complained several times by email quoting consumer acts etc, which are clearly not read, and get the same reply every time. Apparently they think it’s fine to sell “seconds”. They offered me a 30% refund, which I’m far from happy with, but I doubt if I’ll even get it!
