Bought a cotton blend coat which ended up 100% polyester and not as advertised. Immediately emailed for a refund and return label and after numerous emails offered 30% discount despite clearly stating if I wanted cheap knock offs I would shop on Temu. DO
NOT buy anything from this company as you will be out of pocket with no recourse to a refund!!!

AVOID at all costs. Rip off scammers. Sub standard clothes and you won’t get a refund. Don’t believe any of their reviews on their website. Shocking from start to finish and out of pocket - for now!!!

This company is a scam - DO NOT BUY.
They are Chinese goods and the company is not in the UK. If you have an issue with goods they have an AI bot that will drive you to the point of no return. Please claim money back through bank or PayPal.

The quality of the jacket (with knitted sleeves) I received was shocking, on the social media post it looks very good quality. I had ordered then stupidly checked the reviews! I even mailed them to tell them about my concerns of the quality of the jacket to which someone did reply (probably AI), assuring me that their garments are good quality! After seeing how much it costs to send it back and the re-stocking fees, I feel I’m stuck with it!

This is a con. Ordered good looking shoes size 10 received bland looking size 5! Despite protests the offer is 30% refund or 30% restocking fee - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Total con company don't place an order! If you want to return an item it turns into an argument with an AI bot and is not a pleasant experience as time ticks away. They do not adhere to UK purchase standards. Lost money on two orders and looks like I will have to take up with the bank which is time consuming and frustrating.

The sizes are a little on the small side, but that may be just me. I contacted Olympus London via email and although there is a restocking charge for returns, they promptly sent me a replacement. The quality is good and I have received several compliments on my new jumper, I would shop with them again.

Sadly, I too received a very poor quality garment which I wanted to return, but would have been subject to the same 30% restocking fee, plus posting back - not that an address to post back was ever forthcoming. I received a credit note for £12.63, when the garment cost £28.
Nowhere on the site does it say you will lose so much to send it back
I have now taken this up with my bank’s fraud department.

Without wishing to repeat what hundreds of other shoppers have said ...

Acknowledging I received the much written about knitted sleeve blazer which was ,appalling in every way: the returns system is made so difficult and is littered with illegal statements . 'Claire' is clearly AI operated and doesn't exist.
The moral of my sorry experience is check on line reviews and then if its to good to be true it usually is!

Absolute scam. Products are not high quality, tiny in size. Beware of refund policy. They make it very difficult to return and you only get a partial refund of 30% plus postage fee. Unless you waive sending it back to only receive 30% of what you paid.

If, like me, you wish to return your item and Claire, continues to offer you every alternative but a refund, contact your bank and raise a dispute. Your bank will refund you and chase the money from their side. Good luck.

Sadly my purchase was too small, Claire responded promptly to my initial request for a refund. I'd ordered in the Sale - so no refund, but better still Claire helped me re order without further costs. Huge thanks 🙏👍

Ordered a pair of shoes size UK 10.5. Estimated delivery 2x3 working days. Actually took two weeks to arrive, when I opened the parcel great looking shoes but it was obvious that the shoes were around a size nine, no size labels on the shoe. Write to them for a return and refund, after two messages was told there would be a 30% restocking charge - note that there is nothing about that in their published returns policy. Or I could keep the shoes for a 30% refund - why would I want a pair of shoes that don’t fit me. Despite giving the impression of a U.K. based company they are actually located in Hong Kong. I’m going round in circles with the emails so will pursue this with MasterCard and get them to refund me.

So many bad reviews, I have to add my good experience. Ordered a blazer the size was to small asked to send it back, they said keep it and gift it to some one and they would send a bigger size, wasn’t keen on the colour either so asked for different one, said could only exchange like for like, but they would give me a store voucher for full price so I could change size and colour, which I did it has just arrived just as I ordered bigger size and change of colour so very happy also my friend who got the one which was to small. So very happy with company.

Agree with all other reviews. You have to rate one to be able to leave a review. IMO a fraudulent company. I too ordered the very poor quality jacket. The advert stated free returns or I would not have purchased. Like other people lots of emails offering 30% refund and keep garment. (Don’t want it!) or voucher to buy from them again. Under CRA 2015 (UK Law) we are entitled to full refund if garment not as advertised. There’s no address of company and no returns instructions.

Think we should all contact Trading Standards and police fraud department.

I am giving the one star for the impressive Instagram advertising. The product itself (a sort of blazer) was incredibly cheap and badly made - not looking anything like the item in the advert. I am now in the process of attempting to get a refund for this shoddy rag they sent me. They are harping on about 30% restocking fees, which is illegal and I have no option but to report them to Trading Standards and PayPal as they shouldn't be allowed to trade in the UK with such shady practices, false advertising and inferior goods.

Oh no, I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Now I know that when I eventually receive my order it’s going to be rubbish!

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Ordered a blazer which took ages to arrive and when it did arrive is very poor quality, not at all like the photos. Requested a return and 10 emails later they still won’t provide me with the returns address, constantly trying to fob me off with a 30% refund to keep it. Absolutely ridiculous and such a waste of everyone’s time! Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a jacket which doesn't fit and is cheap and nasty. As other reviewers state, there is no returns label enclosed and no returns address. Have now emailed them four times and as I refused to swap the item, they will not give me an address to return it. My granddaughter has warned me to look on Trustpilot first in future. Why doesn't face book take them off.
